Totally Satisfied! I had an idea of what I wanted, I had done a fair amount of research on-line, and had been in some email communication with Kevin. Right away his humo I had an idea of what I wanted, I had done a fair amount of research on-line, and had been in some email communication with Kevin. Right away his humour in his emails put me at ease and so when I came to the lot I asked to see him. We sat for a few minutes and I told him what I wanted and he knew right away which vehicle to show me, a new 2015 Ram Ecodiesel. I initially wanted a used vehicle but after going over financing, warranties, gas mileage (a BIG deal for me!) Kevin had me test the Ecodiesel, a truck I had coveted but didn't think was viable due to financing. But Kevin took his time, showed me how with 0% financing the price per month wasn't much different than buying used, and how the longer new warranty would provide for more peace of mind. I asked to sleep on it over night and he agreed, and the next day (a Sunday) both he and Collean, in finance, agreed to come in on a day off to finish the deal. Here it is a little over a week later and I'm more than satisfied; Kevin even had my trade-in picked up and when that went a little sideways he and Collean were quick to rectify the situation to make sure I was happy. Would I recommend Northland, Kevin Anderson and Collean Dawley? You bet I would ;-) More

Outstanding!!!! I did not think that day when Mike in service was so kind as to find a spot for my poor Chrysler that needed work even though they were booked up 4 da I did not think that day when Mike in service was so kind as to find a spot for my poor Chrysler that needed work even though they were booked up 4 days ahead that I would be buying a vehicle that day. It is ironic that I had first called the "other" GM dealership in town to see if they could book my car in as I was hoping to look at some vehicles they had, only be told by some giggling MS "LOL" of course not it is tire season we are much too busy to squeeze you in. Needless to say their loss and "Well Done" to the team at Northland, the service department was professional, delivered what they promised and made me feel like my poor old Chrysler was just as important as the shinier models in their shop. The whole sales process was awesome as well If you are looking for a sales man who is listening to your needs and who also hears what you really want, you have to talk to Will Gilbert, He took a tire kicker into a very very happy owner of a 2014 Dodge Challenger ( I love this car) and he knew it, he facilitated the sale and made me feel like I got the best deal that day.
