Bought a Dodge Dart I came in to buy a used Dodge Dart that had gone on sale over three visits. In my first visit I took it for a test drive and James answered my questio I came in to buy a used Dodge Dart that had gone on sale over three visits. In my first visit I took it for a test drive and James answered my questions well. We ran into a few silly mistakes, I didn't know how to put it into reverse and James didn't let me know, but it's not really something I'd fault him for. I did feel him put a little pressure on me to buy the car in that first visit, but I think that's something you could expect from any salesperson :P I didn't come back for another month as I wanted to look around at other options, but when I saw the car's price drop by a grand a month later, I came back to check it out again. Deciding I liked it I told James I'd sleep on it and probably come back tomorrow. He texted me the next day and let me know that someone else was wanting to come in and look at the car and that if I put a refundable deposit on it I could hold it to block someone. He claimed it wasn't a sales ploy, and I was definitely suspicious, but I'd already decided to buy the car, and if it wasn't I do appreciate him looking out for me as a customer! That night I came in and bought the car and was pretty happy with the service he put into putting on the plates and wiping it off of all the snow. When we went to clear off the window it was covered in ice and he had to go back in and grab a scraper for it, and ended up staying after the dealership should have been closing to take care of all of that. In the follow up, he was really friendly and helpful to answer my questions about a promotional vacation deal I'd received even though he was a sales guy and I wouldn't expect that to be something he'd normally do as part of his job description. All in all, I felt like he was real with me and treated me honestly and respectfully, and I'm really loving the car, so I think my dealings were all pretty positive :) More

Above and beyond Took 1 truck in for warranty and brought 2nd down to use for family getaway ended up dealing on 2 brand new trucks with everything we asked for! Taylo Took 1 truck in for warranty and brought 2nd down to use for family getaway ended up dealing on 2 brand new trucks with everything we asked for! Taylor ran his behind off making sure we were being cared for despite being extremely busy. RJ made sure our 'demands' were met. Ryan searched feverishly for the best rates and made sure we stayed within budget!!! The lot crew were helpful in transferring some larger items over for us (transfer tank and headache rack). Again Taylor went far beyond what we imagined!! More

Great Finance Manager on Site! I don't want to get into a lot of details but it took me 3 years to get out of mafia loans to get into bank loans, and the Senior Finance team worked I don't want to get into a lot of details but it took me 3 years to get out of mafia loans to get into bank loans, and the Senior Finance team worked extra hard, took awhile but it was worth the fight for my credit and name, and once everyone was approved, going beyond their mandate to service customers, the finance team got me a new 2016 Jeep Cherokee with bank rates, and once I was there to pick it up, sales took care of me, made sure I was happy with the jeep and showed me everything before I left site, thanks to sales Robbie and Senior staff in finance! When we did my pre-approval they advised me to look into a newer unit as it would bring my interest rate down. By Saturday morning we found a jeep I liked! I drove 3 hours to see it and sign paperwork; they had everything ready for me when I got there and even brought my interest rate down more!
