Would Never Go Back The issue wasn't the constant begging for me to purchase more service options, or the lack of information provided on when my vehicle would be ready, The issue wasn't the constant begging for me to purchase more service options, or the lack of information provided on when my vehicle would be ready, or even the complete disregard to update me throughout the day on the status of my vehicle. It was the lady saying, at 6:59 AM, that I could not go inside because they 'open at 7'. It was the team of people at the front all blaming other service staff who weren't there for the confusion on my vehicle. The confusion in the service bay at the beginning of my experience made it harder for me to appreciate that they had vacuumed out my floorboards. The best part was the completion of the service, and the price wasn't that bad, but compared to others, it's about average in the market. I left with the task completed, and a desire for a dealership that focused on customer service. If everyone sells the same thing, why not just be better at selling it? I will not recommend my family and friends to go here, and will be bringing my vehicle to other dealerships for the eventual warranty work it will need. More

I was super apprehensive about buying a new truck on my own, but RJ, Dennis, and Ryan were extremely professional and came through for me one hundred percent. I went in a week later to have new winter tires mounted (which they did free of charge, I was bowled over and so grateful), and everyone in the service department was an absolute dream. Once I decided I wanted the vehicle I sat down with Jarrett in financing and he got me the lowest rate possible and went through everything with a lot of attention to detail, and recommended what was the best fit for my budget. Near the end of the process, Vince Manwaring came over to see us and not only made sure we got an amazing deal on our trade, but made sure we were happy and comfortable with all the decisions we came up with. My wife and I have purchased a few brand new vehicles overy the last few years, and this was easily overall a 5* visit from start to finish. We love our new Durango GT :) More
