We made an appointment with Dodge service centre last month and this month due to some mechanical issues with our 2024 grand Cherokee Jeep. On our first appointment the service team said they will fix it month and this month due to some mechanical issues with our 2024 grand Cherokee Jeep. On our first appointment the service team said they will fix it and gave the suv back and I found out that the mechanical issue is still there. Second time I took a day off from work again and took my vehicle to the service team. They checked my vehicle and said the issue is resolved last time and I am still hearing the sound from my vehicle is due to my thought and if it get worse they will fix it. I’m very disappointed ☹️ because I bought this very expensive vehicle and I am still dealing with this issue! More
