Ordered a back window because mine got smashed out, said it would be 2 days, waited a week to bring my truck in since that’s when the next available appointment was. I dropped my truck off and a few hours later they called me to tell me they forgot to order it and none were in stock. I also asked them to inspect my vehicle because I was going on a long trip and my car was vandalized, they forgot to do that too. I picked my truck up and as I was leaving the lot, I had a completely flat tire. Called them right away not even 5 minutes after I left and they said they couldn’t do anything about it until the next day. Wasted so much of my time. Staff was friendly at least. More
