I coordinated with the services manager several times to ensure that I would be able to get a 5 minute programming job done on my truck as soon as I arrived for my 11:00 appointment. When I arrived, with th ensure that I would be able to get a 5 minute programming job done on my truck as soon as I arrived for my 11:00 appointment. When I arrived, with the truck on a flat deck and unable to get off until the job was done, the services representative told me that my appointment was only a drop off time and it might have to sit on the flatbed truck and me pay a tow truck driver all day. I explained to him that it was a five minute job and that I specifically coordinated to have it done at 11 o’clock but he said he had no idea what the job was and he didn’t know how long it would take. Also the technician wasn’t available at the moment because he was busy. After I got quite upset with him he finally went and talked to the technician who said he could do the job right away and it only took 3 minutes. More
