Ordered a back window because mine got smashed out, said it would be 2 days, waited a week to bring my truck in since that’s when the next available appointment was. I dropped my truck off and a few hours l it would be 2 days, waited a week to bring my truck in since that’s when the next available appointment was. I dropped my truck off and a few hours later they called me to tell me they forgot to order it and none were in stock. I also asked them to inspect my vehicle because I was going on a long trip and my car was vandalized, they forgot to do that too. I picked my truck up and as I was leaving the lot, I had a completely flat tire. Called them right away not even 5 minutes after I left and they said they couldn’t do anything about it until the next day. Wasted so much of my time. Staff was friendly at least. More

Absolutely disgusted with the service department. Unfriendly people in there. Bart my salesman told me to bring my vehicle that I bought 3 months ago to get my window switch fixed. Then turns around and tells me I have to take it to Volkswagen. I took the day off work to get this done. Lost a days wages and my window isn't fixed. Plus my engine light came on and no answer to that either. Volkswagen was incredible thank God and booked me a apt and even told me things Northland Dodge didn't.. I will never buy from them again or refer them to anyone nor go back for anything. If I could have rated 0 I would have!! More
