One day..we decided to drive to Northland car dealer without any plan at all! We bought a new Ram 1500 4x4 on Saturday. We really like Tom. There was no pressure from him and he worked with us to get the best deal he could for us. At the end of a long and gruelling day she still didn't rush us out the door and spent the time it took to give us excellent personal service. The only negative at all was when it came to insure the vehicle. We felt pressured by the insurance salesman and they talked pretty fast. Other than that I would say purchasing the new Ram was not an unpleasant experience. We only gave the "price " a four because as a consumer you always want a better deal. More
