We bought a Jeep Wrangler Limited 3 month ago, were talking about one for quite a while and the old car was "ready to go". Kolby was right from the start professional, helpful and very friendly. The service times at Northland Dodge until you get your vehicle back are terrible. The tire pressure sensor quit a few weeks a weeks after we bought our new Jeep. Brought the car in for service the first vehicle back are terrible. The tire pressure sensor quit a few weeks a weeks after we bought our new Jeep. Brought the car in for service the first day in the morning, phone call late afternoon "couldn't get your car in today, we try tomorrow". Dropped the Jeep off next day 7:30am, called in the afternoon to check - "yes, car is ready to go. But we couldn't fix it, have to order a part....". Northland was supposed to pick me up after work at 4:30pm, well no one there when I got out off the office... 4:45 called Kolby our Salesperson and he picked me up personally - Thank you Kolby! Got to the dealership at around 5pm, went to get my keys, service person: "sorry not out of the service area yet, we just took it in" - well how much sense does that make if they tell you earlier in the day it's ready? Had to wait until 6:30 to pick up a Jeep which was at the dealership since 7:30 that morning, and in the end not even fixed.... 2 weeks later - ordered parts in. Made appointment for 7:30 in the morning to have the sensor exchanged. Told the service guys I would need the Jeep back at 5pm at the latest, as I had an appointment that evening. Called at 2:30pm to check - "yes, the car is fixed, paperwork finished and ready to go. You can come and get it anytime". Shuttle came right at 4:30 this time, got to the dealership, went to pay and get the keys... "sorry, we are not finished yet, the paperwork from the service guys not ready yet... takes a while sometimes". Told the lady that I had called ahead to MAKE SURE all is ready, well her words again "yes, but our paperwork takes a bit here". Asked her what the hold up was, she "well we need time to finish our paperwork". So apparently the service department needs from 2:30 to 5:30 (when I finally got my keys, and my appointment was missed) to finish paperwork????? In all my year of driving, this is the most unorganized and unprofessional car service department I have ever experienced. If not for the distance I would definitely go to Quesnell to have my Jeep serviced. More
I am very happy with the customer service I have received from Northland Dodge. I was able to look at their used inventory on their website and get lots of information prior to even walking into the dealersh from Northland Dodge. When I went into the dealership the next day, I was happily greeted by Kaitlyn Morris, one of the saleswomen at Northland. She had the vehicle I was interested in warming up outside ready for a test drive. She was very knowledgeable about every detail of the vehicle and was able to answer every question I had for her. Once I fell in love with the ride, we went inside and talked about my options in regards to financing. She was able to lower the price for me and work out a few payment options that also would work. She really took her time with me as this was my first ever bigger purchase and I was nervous and indecisive. I have not been to many dealerships and ones that I have visited in the past put a bad taste in my mouth, but working with a female in sales was quite refreshing and I am grateful that I was able to work with Kaitlyn. I have already told my friends and family about Kaitlyn as I am blown away by her customer service. I know if I have any problems or one day in the future if I decide to upgrade or trade, I will not go any other place! More
