I went in looking to trade in my vehicle for one that was a little more fuel efficient and had more options. My fiancé and I recently purchased the 2014 stow and go caravan for our large family including 4 children. Our customer services and sales representative was Vince and wow does that man like to satisfy go caravan for our large family including 4 children. We had already decided we wanted a mini van of some sort and when we arrived and met with Vince we told him our price range and idea of a vehicle, we specified we had 4 children and needed space for groceries and other stuff as well as we wanted the vehicle black in colour. Vince was quick to narrow down the best vehicles for us and went to the max to make sure we were happy. He didn't show us a red van or a white van or did he try to up sell or anything like that he picked the black ones and while looking at the vehicle before the test drive Vince made it so we knew all about the vehicle and how it worked. He was courteous and made eye contact with both of us not just my fiancé ( being the man lol) we took it for a test drive and fell in love!! It was perfect for our family. While getting the process started and all the paper work and waiting we were offered coffee and sandwiches and these amazing chicken lot pies yum!! We were comfortable and lots of smiles around that place :) Vince kept in contact while we waited and he dealt with other customers but still making sure we weren't forgotten, when it came down to the signing of the papers it was another great experience along with getting insurance all around friendly place to be!! After the purchase and everything said and done Vince made a point of taking us out to the vehicle ( which was detailed and in mint condition) and explaining the little gadgets and also hooked up my blue tooth device so it was ready to go .... He shook our hands and told us to enjoy our new ride with a smile on his face .... I couldn't have been more impressed and satisfied with Vince and how we were treated our experience was great and I'd highly recommend the dealership and of course Vince Manwaring thank you Vince !!!!
