xxx backwards service department These guys can sell cars, no doubt about it. It's service that they struggle with. Bought a used car from them last year and they assured us it was These guys can sell cars, no doubt about it. It's service that they struggle with. Bought a used car from them last year and they assured us it was "good to go", and that they put new brakes on and had to do a small service on the steering column. Within weeks of purchase the steering wheel was grinding and the breaks were squealing. In the past year it has been brought in 5 times. They have advised that the rotors are shot and so are the brakes. They also have advised it is our responsiblity to fix them even though they clearly sold the car with issues or didn't have the skills to figure out the issue on the other 4 trips. So disappointed in this dealership. They can sell any car but after the sale is made they treat you like crap. More
