To purchase even a good quality used car today is a difficult and often traumatic event--owing to the cost of a vehicle. I purchased my first car in 1971 for $1800. The cost of the Grand Cherokee was considerably more. I understand fully that times have changed. Both Geno and Jason were sensitive and respectful of my wish not to exceed a certain level of payment. Both were thorough in talking about options and giving me time to reflect and consider my decisions. The whole atmosphere at the dealership was friendly and welcoming--not always easy to achieve--particularly at a busy time of the year around Christmas. . There has been great follow up from Geno to resolve a small issue that arose after the purchase of the vehicle. This is a great dealership and I would have no hesitation to recommend it to people looking for a new or used vehicle. More

Some hiccups but overall a very positive experience I bought a 2015 Ram 1500 EcoDiesel sight unseen from Northland to be delivered to Alberta. The transaction was smooth and the price was right!! The vehicle was delivered within 1 week which impressed me! There was some issues with the after market products upon delivery, however they refunded me expenses I was out of pocket to have those items fixed. Would definitely recommend them to out of province buyers! More

Over all a very good experience except when RJ told me my Transmission lines were leaking and took me to see a service rep who really didn't seam to care and told me to come back after the Holidays, If I wasn't still on warranty I'm not sure Dodge would be doing the repairs. As for RJ Dracheski in the Oil service area he was excellent to deal with and look forward to seeing him at my next oil change. More
