From the moment I walked in the door until I drove away that afternoon, I was so impressed with the customer service I received. Mike and anyone else I encountered were so amazing and knowledgable. Great Customer service Had an issue with my new truck and drove into the service bay and was promptly greeted. The parts department and the service department where able to Had an issue with my new truck and drove into the service bay and was promptly greeted. The parts department and the service department where able to co-ordinate the ordering of the new part and the scheduling of the appointment to meet my travel times. The only negative thing I have to say is the shuttle service gal drove dangerously on icy roads doing 80 on the icy Ospika Blvd. Hats off to Michael for dealing with my complaint in a professional manner. More

Great service The service department has quickly addressed my vehicle's issues and are working on my Jeep to rectify the problems. They had my vehicle in the bay b The service department has quickly addressed my vehicle's issues and are working on my Jeep to rectify the problems. They had my vehicle in the bay before I even dropped off keys and signed the paperwork, it was cleaned out and then moved to the parking area to get looked at. So far I am quite impressed with how I have been treated with the service department. More
