Great service I came into northland to have my winter tires mounted and balanced. I was greated by Brandy and was advised where to go to have my tire service done. it works. I have nothing but great things to say about Mike Vanderbrink. He would go above and beyond to make his customers happy. That being said. The quality the work that has been done on my truck I can't say much good about. I have had 2 of my trucks in a while ago and both got smashed into and on top of that it fell on silent ears. The first was the Northland Dodge enclosed trailer backed into the front of my pickup causing damage, but I just tried to tell my salesman to let people know to be more careful. Needless to say it fell on silent ears. The second time was with my new truck, I had a lift put in it at another shop but needed the alignment done at Northland Dodge. The person that dropped my truck off gave them very detailed instructions on what to do. The mechanics didnt listen and caused damage to my front end. So I was pretty mad. I got my truck back more than a week later. This would be the second time I have drove my truck. So I did a walk around and found that someone had backed my truck into something, pushing my bumper into my box. I get that things happen. But what made me extremely mad was that there was fresh break clean on my bumper where someone had tried to clean the paint transfer off and hide it from me. I was told that I must have done it....... I finally got my truck back a week later from the body shop after it got lost for a day.(I had to go from body shop to body shop in all of prince george to find it.) Once I got it back I noticed the box was on crooked. The body lines were so far off of wasn't even funny. I have told this story to a lot of people at Northland Dodge and the only thing I have heard back is (are you sure it happened here). Mike Vanderbrink made a point of looking after my truck and he is the only person to do so. I would recommend him 100%. I can't say as much for some of the salesmen or mechanics. I had really hoped that someone would have tried to make it right or SOMETHING to win my business back. Mike Vanderbrink has been the only person to try....... More
