Service is terrible Purchased our 2014 dodge Ran 3500 from dealership. The sales dept was exceptional, but that is exactly where the service ended. We feel that all experience with the Service dept has been poor. 4.5 hours for a tire sensor, 1/2 the truck washed(driver side, so it looked nice when we walked out), 2 hours to tell us that back up sensor not covered under warranty, personal use of sales persons vehicle when truck in for scotch guarding, undercarriage spray etc , as there was "no way" to get a vehicle, 20 min waiting at counter to pay for crap service... Sad when we spent $80000 there. More

7 hours for our truck service We arrived promptly for our service appointment at 11am, having traveled three hours from Valemount. We left the dealership at 11.30am, via their free shuttle service. By the way, a free courtesy car would have been really appreciated. To be fair, we were told the truck service could take all day, with the amount of service work involved, but 6pm at the latest, as that is their closing time. Yes, the service requirement was what you would call 4 and A, which is a fair amount of work, but I would surely hope more than one technician would be doing it. What concerns me is that the dealership didn't call to check and confirm the price of certain parts until around 4.30pm. What time did you actually start working on the truck? Can I suggest for people traveling from afar, you do more factfinding beforehand, so we can allow for time. If the truck is 'in the dodge system', surely the dealership should know before the appointment how much work is involved? And if in fact you didn't start working on the truck until mid afternoon, which is my guess, why book us in for 11am? This turned out to be a 13 to 14 hour day away from home for us, plus a pricey one, with a bill of $1649. Unless you are local to PG, I wouldn't recommend coming here for a service. Or come here for just a small service. In the end we didn't drive away from the dealership until 6.30pm, with a three hour trip home ahead of us. Feeling very disappointed. More

Plus I have heard that Northland was a great dealership to deal with. I heard right! Started shopping on the Internet, then Nick got a hold of me and had the perfect truck. Great experience dealing with him! Service once I got to PG was slow but no fault of the dealership, it was Saturday. I'm just lucky that things worked out at all on the weekend like that. I'll recommend Northland to everyone I talk too! More
