He was honest with how long the work was going to take and hooked me up with the shuttle person right away and contacted me as soon as the work was completed. TBH, I used to hate coming to Dodge for anything to do with service because it took forever, but it's really improved! :) More

Very Customer Oriented Purchased a new 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 from Northland Chrysler Jeep Dodge just a few days ago. Kudos to my sales team of Nick Winther, RJ Dar, Vince Manw Purchased a new 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 from Northland Chrysler Jeep Dodge just a few days ago. Kudos to my sales team of Nick Winther, RJ Dar, Vince Manwaring and Ryan Nixon (finance)! All of these gentlemen were very great to deal with and attentive to my concerns and questions. Second vehicle I have now purchased since 2012 from this dealership. Both of my sons have also recently purchased vehicles here as well so it looks to be a family affair. Obviously we are very happy with the staff we have met and their welcoming manner, plus happy with the deals made our vehicles. Also the service department is excellent, especially Marlene Ducharme!
