Perfect Customer Service and Client Care A huge Thank You! to service advisor Mike Vandenbrink and his team at Northland Dodge. I have to work afternoons and needed some work done to my Jeep A huge Thank You! to service advisor Mike Vandenbrink and his team at Northland Dodge. I have to work afternoons and needed some work done to my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Not only did Mike ensure that the necessary brake job was completed before 1:00pm, but he discovered that other work slated WASN'T NECESSARY and also had extra factory recalls completed, the car vacuumed, mats cleaned, and a HAND POLISHED car wash done!!! A daunting task turned into a fun productive experience!! Robbie went above and beyond to help us get into our perfect vehicle! This guy is grade A! Charming, funny, relaxed, did everything I asked but most o Robbie went above and beyond to help us get into our perfect vehicle! This guy is grade A! Charming, funny, relaxed, did everything I asked but most of all he was very intuitive to our needs and knowledgeable! We worked this guy to the bone and he always had a smile on his face! I was very anxious and sceptical going into this process and ended up having fun and getting exactly what we wanted and more!! Was met punctually with a spacious drive through, they vacuumed out the truck, went over the work order (no up-sell from the basic oil change I requested) and dropped me off. Was completed early, they didn't charge me for a small item and the truck was washed. Instead of having to find my truck jammed in the corner of the old lot downtown, the service advisor personally walked me out to my clean vehicle to ensure I was satisfied. Very pleased with the new facility and approach! Will do my oil changes/services here. More
