Heres a short explanation, why it's better too either go to a dealership that cares about customer service and their products or buy a used vehicle and invest a little bit of money to make it bulletproof an to a dealership that cares about customer service and their products or buy a used vehicle and invest a little bit of money to make it bulletproof and stop buying these cheaply built and poorly backed vehicles. This dealership will go out of their way too get you in a new vehicle even lie just so they can proceed too try and make you feel like a burden if they ever have see you in the service bay. I have bought 4 new vehicles since 2015 3 of them Ram trucks. There is not much room for a full review but here is some. First for context truck is a 2023 fully loaded special ordered Ram 3500 6.7 HO limited Cummins. It stays in storage during the winter and is taken care of like crazy. First off it came off the lot with dent in the tailgate, a tailgate that doesn't close fully unless you slam it hard and scratches all over the truck. Now at the end of 2025 just rolled over 20,000km on odo. At 8000km I noticed oil leaking out of the transfercase output shaft, they said its not leaking bad enough and leave it like that. I also had issues with camera system around this time. The fall before I had already started a dent repair claim for the dent warrenty I have because of the manufacturer dent on the rear and one on the front. Years of showing up in person, calling and texting and dents have still not been addressed. About 18000km odo I book it in for an alingment and they said it won't take long so I dropped it off in the morning after dropping my equipment and trailer off where I had a job that day. Well 430 rolled around still hadn't heard anything so I called too find they hadn't even started the alingment and told me they needed to keep the truck overnight because they are working on the transfercase output seal that was leaking. This left me stranded 40 min from home and with all my equipment. Well 250 dollars later for an alinment and the steering wheel was off. I had just brought up that I found a Crack on the front plastic with no impact damage or anything and the service tech insisted they don't warranty it and it won't be covered. Finally he said he'd look into it for me but never did. More time goes by I bring it in and bring up the plastic which said he'd check into it when I bring it in for the steering wheel alingment. Yeah turns out its covered under basic warrenty but will have too rebook it in for it too be done. I ask if I can do it in the spring because I'm about to wash it and put it away for the winter. He immediately proceeds too say they will find a way too deny it next time even though the kms would be the same and still have the warrenty. Then unrelated tells me my warrenty is completely void on the engine because of the intake and out right said it won't matter if it's related too the intake they will use it as an excuse no matter what (it has been on every time its visited the shop which is now pushing a dozen times) even though I asked when I was buying it to make sure that it was okay because these new cummins have a heater grid bolt that will fail and blow up the motor when it does which they said they don't care about until it happens. Well I figured I'd bring it in the day before this last appointment before winter for the plastic peice and bring up a small plastic peice that I called to make sure they have in stock (they had 2) and would take tops 10 minutes too change. When I asked if he could see about that peice he jumped in right away and said they won't have it in stock, this is before I even had fully explained the part or had taken him out to show it, he didn't look it up or nothing. So they tell me faded plastic is not covered. Keep in mind how babied and how little sunlight its seen. 700 biweekly gets you stress, constant visits to the shop, and a business lacks any loyalty to customers. So no amount of money you spend here will buy you a peace of mind vehicle you can rely on or worry free warrenty More
Great work on their part. Asked about a vehicle and told them my needs and price range. They worked hard and got me into a vehicle that fits my life and family perfectly Asked about a vehicle and told them my needs and price range. Kindness and Patience always go such a long way in the World. Brandon, Will and Marlin each gave me that from the moment I walked in the door to driving off the lot with my new Jeep Compass. We purchased a used vehicle from there and as soon as we pulled it off the lot, the check engine light came on and it’s $3000 to fix. The Dealership was not willing to help. pulled it off the lot, the check engine light came on and it’s $3000 to fix. The Dealership was not willing to help. More
