Looking for a Long Time....Found Bob and Looked No Further! I had been looking for a new Family Vehicle for a while and was going on Kijiji every day! I had gone to Bon at Northgate Chevrolet as my first dealer I had been looking for a new Family Vehicle for a while and was going on Kijiji every day! I had gone to Bon at Northgate Chevrolet as my first dealership visit and he was able to show us some great options, but nothing we fell in love with. We still had looked on-line and in fact went to a another dealership in which we had the worst service I have ever seen in any "Customer Service" type industry. In which I have told everyone I know never to deal with them ever. It had been a while since we talked with Bob but he reached out to me with a great offer. He had known what we were looking for...and boy did he Deliver!! It took a few days as the vehicle was out of our budget, but with some working on his end Bob was able to get us our dream SUV and we couldn't be happier!! More

I had seen another truck at Northgate and had high hopes that not only was it still there, but that dealing with them would be different. It was there and it was a fantastic meet with Bob Robbins. No pressure, no hassle, no problem. In fact, it was the same great experience as when we bought my wife's 2001 GMC Jimmy in 2003. Heck, the manager even remembered my last name and threw in a nice upgrade for free. Glenda was also fantastic to deal with and explained all my payment options and more. They really do know how to make buying a vehicle as seamless and enjoyable as possible. Truck Shopt This was the perfect truck shopping experience for me. I had already done most of my homework prior to test driving the vehicle I was looking at. Lisa This was the perfect truck shopping experience for me. I had already done most of my homework prior to test driving the vehicle I was looking at. Lisa the sales lady offered to help us right away. I described the vehicle I was looking at and it was brought to the front for us to check out in person. All the questions I had were answered with the correct information “ I have been to many dealership where the salesman have no idea about the products they sell “. We were then let to take the vehicle for a test drive, just me and my wife. Which I really do prefer. The sales process was just as easy. Lisa was always available to answer any questions I had. Finally once the day came for me to purchase the truck in question, it was located at a dealership out of town and everything that was required was competed quick and the delivery was done to meet my schedule.
