I will never recommend Northgate Chevrolet Buick GMC to anyone. The customer service is terrible, there is zero communication, as soon as the New sales team has to work and put effort into sourcing a vehic anyone. Stephen Duff was a nightmare to deal with, with his snarky attitude and remarks, his laziness and lying lost Northgate a sale, and a reoccurring future customer. My Experience was an 8 month headache attempting to purchase a brand new Chevrolet Silverado. Terrible customer service throughout my experience, no communication, lies told to me and excuses upon excuses made by Stephen Duff. More
