WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!! :( I bought a brand-new forerunner and the salesman told me to get a remote start from somewhere other than Toyota but to go to a reputable place I did I bought a brand-new forerunner and the salesman told me to get a remote start from somewhere other than Toyota but to go to a reputable place I did that & the first time I had any problem with the car they tried to void my warranty and told me it was because I got an aftermarket remote start which is what the salesman told me to do !!! I tried talking to the service manager and she was extremely rude and dismissive I tried talking to the general manager and he was very rude as well . I have always wanted a forerunner but I have recently sold it as there is no way in xxxx I will ever go back to Northern Toyota! They are rude & disrespectful they lied to me and they try to scam you every chance they get! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP unless you want to waste your money and be treated like garbage. More

Worst Establishment in every terms.. If possible i would have give 0 stars to this dealer. they are not professional. I drop my car for routing service and to install winter tire. They installed same wheel nut which i had on my all season tire. and put sticker on my windshield to change wheel nuts within 100 kms. after few days i realized that something strange with the car as i mainly drive on highway .I contacted nearest dealership to find out what is wrong with the car They found that the issue is with tire bcz of wrong wheel nuts i have to now give my car to have my tire balanced . I contact Toyota Dealership in Prince George and asked them did they installed same wheel nuts they said yes although both the tires are different size . I asked them let me talk with the Manager . Lady over the phone said its not their mistake i anyways have to change wheel nuts every 100kms .It make me asked to transfer the call the manager she replied manager is on holiday call back after few days. I called back after few days and asked to talk with their GM. it was even worst. I asked to give me my refund as I have to paid twice . GM told me to go back they will change the wheel nuts for me . like I am sitting at home for free and have nothing to do. but decline to give refund. I file complaint to better business bureau Management replied after month and half with completely different manner make me look like I lie for everything that i mentioned they even mentioned that they have tried calling me although i did not received any phone call or voice mail . tried avoiding this place they are the worst in every term.
