The financing dept quickly explained my situation to me and went to work getting me the financing I needed. I got the exact car I wanted and could not be more pleased. The salesman was patient, informative and most importantly always there to make the process enjoyable. All this AND the financing team were equally personable and efficient. He drove to our home after the fact to provide the soft top parts that were missing when the vehicle was delivered to the dealership. He followed up on all his actions and gave us excellent recommendations on items such as floor mats, reaching prices and availability for us. He was at no point pushy or smarmy and let us take our time in deciding what we wanted to do. A really good man doing an excellent job. We visited a number of dealerships but it was because of Wei that we chose to buy at North York Chrysler. Ask for him. More
