STAY AWAY from this dealership Purchased two vehicles from this dealership..brand new FIAT and second hand van. Dishonesty permeates throughout this dealership. They had me sign a second bill of sale when I went to pick after already having signed one??of course the numbers were different....then the New car was given to me EMPTY of gas!! ???Paper work on the van was questionable and ten minutes after having driven it off lot the speedometer went on it. THESE sales and service people are the WORST i have ever encountered and as business owner who buys multiple vehicles I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS dealership...stay away !! you would think after buying two vehicles the dealership would be courteous and wanting to ensure customer satisfaction ?? not this dealership! NO follow up at all or any effort to resolve . I have told neighbours and business associates to stay away. I was just about to purchase a new grand cherokee and definitely will go else where!! More

The financing dept quickly explained my situation to me and went to work getting me the financing I needed. I got the exact car I wanted and could not be more pleased. The salesman was patient, informative and most importantly always there to make the process enjoyable. All this AND the financing team were equally personable and efficient. Thanks Ron and Loretta for doing what you do so well, I know you went above and beyond for me. I will use North York for my next car and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.
