Really Amazing Dealer! My girlfriend and I were not sure where to get a car and had been to many dealers. Good dealership but not perfect I purchased a non-Chrysler used car at this dealership. Overall, the experience was pleasant and the car was a great buy for the price/trim level. Int I purchased a non-Chrysler used car at this dealership. Overall, the experience was pleasant and the car was a great buy for the price/trim level. Interior/exterior was well detailed and the car looked great! My salesperson was professional, friendly, and very patient with me while I investigated the car over a few visits. The dealership is known for their no-haggle pricing on used cars and this is understandable considering the cars are priced lower than comparable vehicles. Unfortunately this low-price means you're getting a certified/safety inspected car and that's it. They do not offer any sort of "certified pre-owned" program like other manufacturer dealers I've dealt with. Usually a CPO car includes an additional few months of warranty, no-hassle exchange, roadside assistance, etc. Basically, they do the minimum work required to safety the car and that's it. No oil change, no top-off of fluids, and certainly no "extras" like an additional 3 month warranty. They even charge you if you want a full tank of gas. While I am happy with the purchase and sales department I can't help but mention the details that made me give them 4 stars instead of 5. More

Went to North York Chrysler and met Sales Associate Randy Cho-Chak-Wing. Great salesman very straight forward no hassle no headache. Randy gave me a few options for my price range, I selected a truck and within 24 hours was sitting in the truck driving home. Does not get much better then this. I have bought over 30 work trucks in the last 10 years and this dealership is top notch none have came close. More
