Very Good Customer Service Tyler Tyler was always prompt in replying to my emails and answering my questions. When the Finance Manager did not reply to my emails, Tyler was quick to pick up the slack and ensure all the paperwork was ready for me. When I arrived at the dealership, Tyler was efficient with the paperwork. Upon looking at my car, I noticed a few scratches on it. He took the car and had them buffed out to my satisfaction. I've read countless surveys, interview transcripts, etc., emphasizing how important it is in business to if not exceed, then to at the very least meet the customer's level of expectation. I have to say, as a recent customer at North York Chrysler -- and of Wadih Azar in particular -- I was extremely pleased with the level of service I received. Wadih, the salesman I had the fortune of meeting and dealing with, was exceptionally polite, professional and friendly. He knew the cars I test drove very well -- despite the fact I was looking for a used BMW at a Chrysler dealership. (Being a former race car driver with several dozen laps around the Nürbürgring in Germany under his belt no doubt helped broaden his knowledge base.) Further, he went out of his way more than once to ensure the car I ended up buying was ready on time despite several factors outside his control that, had he not stepped up and intervened personally -- in effect, taking over tasks outside his area of responsibility -- would have caused me to delay picking up the new car by a day, perhaps two. I will be recommending Wadih to any friend or colleague looking for a car, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone reading this review. Lastly, when it comes time for me to get another car, I will most definitely be going back to Wadih! More
