Will was the sales rep this time - nice guy but not helpful Was charged for repairing the chrome piece by the lift gate and it isn't fixed and the warranty work wasn't done. It's a 2013 floor model grand caravan crew that was purchased on Oct 2 2013. I purchased extended warranty and it keeps conveniently getting deleted from your computer system and no one is sure what it covers. It was never explained to me that this isn't a Chrysler warranty. No matter because the airbag problem that I have paid to have repaired twice wasn't covered by the warranty even though I only have 66,000km on my van.

My name is Erika Golden the VIN is 2CARDGDG6DR572150 my latest inoivce - SO#506977 has a charge for 39.95 to repair a piece on the back of the lift gate that wasn't repaired... I also requested that some work be done under my Titan warranty, a ding in the door and nothing was done... and no one mentioned that it wasn't done. The whole reason i came there last time was in hopes that the wire harness and that the dent could be repaired under warranty - I ended up with a $400 bill, an insanely expensive oil change (never again) and paying $159 for the wire harness to be fixed after Aurora Chryselr also fixed it... also for around $159... The fellow in your business office that the general manager passed me off to said it's too administratively difficult to get the second name off of the purchase of my vehicle... Hi Dar, Let us start by apologizing for the inconvenience caused at our dealership. We are also sorry for the fact that the vehicle you were interested in was sold to someone else. We had a discussion with Yasir on this matter and he informed us that on Saturday you wanted to put a deposit of $200 to hold the vehicle. Also, you wished to trade-in your car but since you were on a tight schedule, you couldn't wait for us to evaluate your car and give you an appraisal value. Firstly, we need to evaluate your vehicle before giving you an appraisal value, and secondly, we can only accept a minimum deposit of $500 once the appraisal value for your trade-in is agreed upon. Nevertheless, since you were getting late, you decided to visit again on Monday morning and Yasir agreed to hold the car for you anyways. On Monday, we had a customer walk and he decided to purchase the car. Since there wasn't a deposit on the car, one of our sales representative sold it and Yasir was only made aware of it after the sale was made. Yasir apologized and accepted that he was wrong on his part when he agreed to hold the vehicle for you but he also explained to you that without your trade-in appraisal value and a deposit it would be practically impossible to hold the vehicle. All said and done, no amount of explanation can change what has happened and we honestly apologize for your unsatisfactory experience at our dealership. Given a chance, we would definitely like to set things straight and help you find the perfect car for yourself. Regards, Your Friends at North York Chrysler.
