Very nice service by Val who offered me a coffee to warm myself up after being in the car with no heat for over an hour waiting for the tow truck. Although its my first time here but i felt i was treated as a regular. I was told my vehicle might not be able to be looked at right away but i was offered a rental car with Discount with a special rate. Glad I did not have to take Uber or ask someone to pick me up. They managed to find the issue on the same day and had my car ready for the next day late afternoon. Thank you Val and the service team. Although, the warranty period has now expired, I continue to get my jeep serviced by North York Chrysler because of the level of service I have received. I did try another Chysler dealership near my house but left dissatisfied. On my most recent service at North York Chrysler, Val was very helpful and clear about what work needed to be done. Although, it was more work and money than I expected this time around, it made sense for the upkeep of my vehicle that was now 6 years old. I had to leave my jeep for 6 hours which was also unexpected but regardless of these unexpected things. my service technician, Val had went above and beyond to make the service visit more pleasant. Thanks Val for everything. It was yet another reminder of the top notch service that your dealership provides and with people like you on staff to make it worthwhile. More
