I had some idea of what I did not want but not much of an idea of what I did want. From the very start Marshall Uretsky was very patient, helpful and courteous. He took the time to ask questions about specific things I was looking for in a new car and my lifestyle and we both went from there to narrow down my choices. He did not pressure me in any way and was very insightful, especially when test driving the vehicles. I ended up with a 2014 Chrysler 200 and am extremely happy with my choice!! Employee/Dealership review I bought a used 2008 Honda Accord EX-L on April 10, 2014. Johnny "Cash" Jean was the salesperson I dealt with. He has excellent customer service ski I bought a used 2008 Honda Accord EX-L on April 10, 2014. Johnny "Cash" Jean was the salesperson I dealt with. He has excellent customer service skills. I didn't feel pressured in buying something I didn't want and the price was of the car was great. I was accommodated in the cafeteria with a beverage while I waited. Johnny brought me over to the service centre and gave me an orientation of the place. The dealer worked with my budget to get the best deal possible on the one year warranty that I purchased. Johnny was great to work with. He picked me up and dropped me off as I had to take the bus. I would recommend him or North York Chrysler to anyone. More

He was well dressed and acted like a true professional. He was focused on my needs and questions and quickly won my trust and confidence. I never felt pressure and he never tried to direct me away from my questions or concerns. He presented the vehicles and options in a clear and meaningful manner and made my experience a pleasant one. He made you feel like he cared. I had no intentions to buy that day but purchased the vehicle of my dreams at terms I was pleased and comfortable with. I can't say enough about Edwin who looked after the business details. He was a true gentleman and professional. He made everything clear and concise and simple. I will return to North York again for my next vehicle and will refer them to family and friends. I can only hope their service lives up to their sales experience. I will be quick to rate my first visit. More

I asked for a 90 dollars discount for free licence plates to buy a car the same day and got pissed of by the sales rep and a manager. So I just turned arround and left. I NEVER WILL GO THERE AGAIN.! This place is a disaster I left my car here for a full day. All I needed was to get my tires changed (from winter to summer), an oil change, a check on my ambient temperature I left my car here for a full day. All I needed was to get my tires changed (from winter to summer), an oil change, a check on my ambient temperature reader for my car and a dent removed. It's a pain to get to the dealership from where I live, so my boyfriend and I made a day trip out of it and I left my car there the whole day. When I returned 8 hours later, the only thing that had been done was my tires had been changed. Oh, my oil had been changed too, but I have been running synthetic forever and for some reason, they put regular oil in. I insisted that they change it back and I had to wait another hour at the dealership while they fixed their mistake. They did not help with the dent and they did not even look at the ambient temperature sensor. So, I am forced to bring the car back a couple of weeks later. I drop it off before a meeting and get a call after it has been there for 3 hours and they tell me that they ordered in the wrong replacement part. No apologies, nothing. When I ask them, "where does that leave me?" They said, "stuck at work I guess." Perhaps they find some kind of humor in this, but I don't. It is a ton of trouble for me to drop off my car and leave it with them for an entire day based on the nature of my work (I need my car to go to meetings). To not even call and offer a solution when they screwed this up twice is terrible customer service. I maintain my car religiously and they have lost a customer, for sure. More
