Worst experience ever !!!! I should have known better when I read some of the reviews. But I found a nice used 2011 BMW convertible which I liked. I was told that the car is very competitively priced and that it is a none accident vehicle. Since I don't have much knowledge on cars I asked to have a friend look over the vehicle and Michael at first insisted that this is not necessary as they are very knowledgeable with BMWs. Good thing I put my food down. My friend, who is a mechanic, found not only several scratched that were not there when doing the test drive, but he also found that the car was at least in one accident. The report they showed me of course showed clean so I have to assume that the original owner did the repair on the side. Considering it was a front damage, it probably was his fault as well. Considering they are experts with BMW they should have known and probably did know that this vehicle was in an accident. I just wonder why they keep pretending it was not in an accident. Michael promised several times to take care of the problems and I should not worry, he had of course already my down payment and my signatures. When I did not hear back from him on several emails where I asked to get the response in writing and when he did not even call me back, I went through to the sales manager, which was another joke as their receptionist is pretty rude to say the least. Only after enormous pressure I received my down payment credited back to my account and got myself out of this lousy deal. So I decided to stay away from these jokers. PS : Even the whole experience at this dealership is horrible. Their dealership is filthy and all their sales seem to run around like headless chickens. Never ever again and I would every one to stay away from these guys. More

Together they made us feel comfortable, were not pushy and gave us a frank description of the car. They also took care to make sure the car was detailed and cleaned to make it like new before we got it. The whole experience was relatively quick, particularly when you already knew what you wanted. I didn't buy then, but came back a few days later, and requested another test drive on the highway, which Michael obliged. I was very short of time that day, but wanted to inspect the underside of the vehicle before deciding to buy; Michael and his colleague Ash very quickly got the car into the service garage onto a hoist so i could do that. I decided to buy the car subject to a few minor things that needed fixing first, to which the dealership agreed. When I came to collect the car, everything was in good shape. However, I spotted a couple of additional small problems within the first month of driving, and I took the car back to the dealership to have them fixed. The service team was very professional and fixed them without charge. Overall, I am very pleased with the way Michael and the service team managed the sale and follow up. They were helpful, professional, and reacted quickly to my needs. With a used car it is not always possible to spot every problem before buying, and even the dealership may not be aware of minor problems. So it was reassuring to buy from a dealer that is pleasant to deal with and that efficiently resolves problems without a fuss. Based on my experience, I would positively recommend Michael and North York Chrysler. More
