We were pre approved with our own financing which Car Hub was upfront and told us the price would be $2200 more if we didn't use their financing. We declined their financing and then they were a nightmare to was upfront and told us the price would be $2200 more if we didn't use their financing. We declined their financing and then they were a nightmare to deal with, car salesman (Pax) ghosted me, they had their manager (George) call me saying they would not sell the car to my finance company but would sell to me only. We made it work by wiring $ from our finance company into our account and then wire $ from our account into Car Hubs account (cost us over $100 to do so). They would not give us the bill of sale for some unknown reason for 2 extra days which delayed the whole process (told us on Friday 10am they would send us the bill of sale but would not give it to us. We had to go physically into the building as they would not answer our texts or calls for it. George then told us their higher ups would not give the paperwork to us until Monday at 10am but wouldn't tell us why - not sure why they couldn't tell us this on the phone as we live an hour away). Then on Monday told us the $ had to be wired into their account by Wednesday at the latest (this can take 1-3 days to wire $, especially now since they wouldn't accept the $ or even speak with my finance company). We had a trade in to start with and they visually looked at it and gave us a price. Then they told us once we were ready to sign the deal that we had to bring the car back in so they could mechanically inspect it and the pricing could change. They said they don't firm $ up until we are ready to sign as it costs them $ to have it inspected (we thought everything was done and I had a final price from my finance company that we agreed upon - now it could change according to what Car Hub would give us now for our trade in). We then removed our trade (as we decided to keep it) and they were not happy about it. Told us over the phone that they make $ on financing, trade ins and extra warrantee - all of these we declined. Very unprofessional to say this over the phone but it makes sense on why they were so miserable with us. We then dealt with their finance guy Chris Dafos who was the only saving grace of this company. He was great to deal with and helped me through the process and we got it done. I would never step foot in or ever purchase a car from here. They were the only dealership that had the model of car I wanted (2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Summit Reserve - which I do love and the car is stunning) or I would have walked a long time ago. Like the whole emissions system wasn't covered also the boot part of the drive axle was covered. I also bought the rim and tire after market warranty... they would only cover $150 weld repairs on the rims, but refused to replace the whole rim. I brought the same rim in like 3 times and they only cover like 3 times for repairs for a total of like $700, but I paid way more for the warranty. I bought 3 high end vehicles off CarHub since 2017 to 2022 and they still gave me very poor customer service for a repeat customer. I bought Mercedes GLE last months off another dealership a couple months, no complaints with the service or car. I heard the car business is slow right now because of the economy, they could have made money from this car lover and repeat customer, but they lost me. I am tired of being sold lemons, bad service and buying crappy after market warranties. Stay Away!!! Oh I forgot the last vehicle I bought off them was a Porsche in the beginning of hot summer, I picked up the vehicle drove across the street to my buddy who wanted to see my new car, he pointed out that the rims were cheap aftermarket rims!!! With Winter tires on them!!!! I drove back to the dealership, and told the manager, he said that he would order new tires for a good deal, and of course nothing happened. by the way Porsche tires and rims costs $7k from Porsche. It was summer and I had on Winter tires., so I had to drive all the way to the west end of the city to get appropriate tires. SMH Ended up buying new rims too. SMH I also told the sales guy to please check my oil levels before I picked up my vehicle. Like 30 hours after I picked it up the "check engine oil" light came up. SMH 48 hours after pickup another check engine light came on.. a serious one. But that is another story. STAY AWAY FROM CARHUB!!! Beware. If you have to for some reason, then make sure you dont buy any of their aftermarket warranties and make sure the factory warranty is still remaining on the car!!! Just stay away!!!! By the way I traded in the Porsche to another dealership in less than a year, when they did an inspection of the vehicle, another problem was found and they wanted me to pay for the $3k part from Germany before they took the trade. SMH The tire warranty shenanigans that I mentioned was for a totally different car that I bought off CarHub, a BMW 6 Series Cabriolet. I just have learned my lesson from that experience.. luckily it had the factory warranty on the rest of the car. SMH Oh also when you want to talk to a manager about your problems, they wont return your phone call. I had to Google the owner of CarHub, think it was a guy in the USA and I had to DM his Instagram about what happened. SMH Still nothing from him either LOL. I am lucky that I got money to waste and the economy was better in 2022. I feel sorry for a person who isnt as lucky as me and buys a vehicle from CarHub. Especially during this poor economic situation. Beware, go somewhere else!!! More

I spoke to 📲 David in sales, who spoke to his manager, and I quote 📌"We are not interested in Advantage plan sales" To provide some context we were looking at a 2023 model, retail $53,751 💸. Our discount would have saved us approx $3000.00 .... I also did a search through #AutoTrader and there are over 200 of these same vehicles in 📍Ontario. With times as they are, it's good to know that some dealerships DON'T NEED OUR BUSINESS. We also found out that this dealership does not participate in the "Dealer Trade" program. I hope that this review would encourage all who read it to stand on principle and take their business and hard earned cash💰to a dealership who would be grateful for their business. More

I am extremely frustrated with my experience at CarHub North York Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat, particularly with Termeh, an inexperienced and shady car sales person. She initially agreed to my set of requirements but retracted everything after I made the down payment. Shockingly, she even encouraged me to commit insurance fraud. Claiming she's new is no excuse—she should have asked for help if she was unsure. The only positive aspect was the helpful gentleman who assisted us with collecting the car, but I don’t remember his name. Avoid Termeh if you go to here; her lack of experience and shady tactics made this a terrible experience. I have proof of all of this via our interaction through text. I have had no issues at any one dealership ever until I engaged with North York Chrysler for my Jeep Wrangler. Different Dealerships would provide different quotes and prices which can vary from $20-$50 dollars. This dealership, Carhub North York Chrysler (NYC) has been used once in December 15 2021, and once on December 6th 2022. Both times, I have received subpar service to borderline rude. Please read below of my account of the deplorable ‘service’ they provide to customers. Dec 15, 2021 - The service desk does not want to get up and assist you standing their for at least 15 minutes. When service is being done, it took several hours to get an oil change done, with no offer of shuttle, uber, or estimated timeline. I wish I could have recorded the snarky, rude and annoyed tone of the desk. I can see in reviews this is not a one time event, and a common theme here. Dec 6, 2022 - Price shopping for Oil changes, NYC beat out neighbouring dealerships so I happily brought the printed out quote they provided me few days ago, and my vehicle to get an oil change. This time, they offered and provided an Uber shuttle to my home 10 minutes away. During vehicle service, I received yet another text message from (Direct Quote) '[Redacted] - Disel synthetic oil and filter change is approximately $275 + tax….Are we okay to proceed?…Best Wishes, [Redacted]" With the time, dedicated to quoting, booking, and taking a day off for service I had no choice but to accept the quote that went from $289 tax in, to $310. Later that week I received a text from staff from NYC asking for a review based on my satisfaction of service. I reviewed that I am disappointed how pricing can change on a whim, and the rudeness of staff. December 13, 2023 - A week ago I booked a service appointment for my Jeep Wrangler, that was having Death Wobble Issues. at 48’000km’s it was well within Warranty, and again I planned on taking a day off to get this issue rectified, along with a Urgent Vehicle Recall. Online booking through Carhub was successful and I eagerly awaited my appointment as the vehicle was unfit to drive due to mechanical error. Dec 13 2023 - I receive a phone call at 9:11am and a voicemail was left. It was 'staff' advising that ‘ there is no body shop on site so we are unable to provide service to your appointment tomorrow’ Dec 13 2023 - I receive a text message from 'staff' via Carhub NYC at 9:40am (direct Quotation) “...It has come to our attention that on your last visit on December 6th 2022 you indicated displeasure with our services and our service centre team. We can no longer fulfill your vehicle service needs to your satisfaction. Therefore, as of December 13 2023 Carhub cannot retain you as a client. For this reason, we suggest you select another Chrysler service centre to provide vehicle-related services. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your business over the past year. We wish you all the best for the future” Dec 13, 2023 - I reply,(direct Quotation) “your telling me this one day before an appointment I made a week ago?…someone to call me please” December 13, 2023 - 'staff' Replies; (direct Quotation) “We have been trying to reach you by phone and let voicemail” I immediately called back to speak about this issue, and was advised that she was just passing the message and a manager will call me. On December 13 2023 - Manager Team calls and advises, amongst other things, ‘I read your feedback….and we have a right to choose our customers.” Incredibly disheartening, disbelief, and shame on your service and how you dealt with the your customer service. Do not ask for feedback via a survey to assist you in correcting your own shortcomings during service, and use that as a means to deny service to customers that purchased your brand, under warranty. I will never recommend your Dealership. More
