THAT THE GP ONLY TOLD THE SURGEON 'SOME' OF YOUR SYMPTOMS AND THAT THEY LIED! ABOUT THE OTHER SYMPTOMS. THAT THE SURGEON ONLY DID SURGERY TO RESOLVE PART OF THE PROBLEM, BUT THAT THE DEADLY CLOT REMAINS. THAT AFTER YOU TALKED TO THE SURGEON AND TOLD THEM ALLLL OF YOUR SYMPTOMS, THAT THEY ACKNOWLEDGE YOU HAVE A LEGITIMATE CONCERN AND THAT THEY WOULD HAVE DONE SURGERY DIFFERENTLY HAD THEY KNOWN ALL OF THE DETAILS. IMAGINE, THE GP AND THE GP'S SUPERVISOR ADMIT THEY DIDN'T PASS ON THESE VITAL DETAILS BUT THEY WON'T AMMEND THE RISK TO YOUR COMFORT NOW. YOU ARE NOW WALKING AROUND, WITH A TICKING TIMEBOMB AND ANYONE THAT WALKS AROUND YOU IS AT RISK OF YOU COLLAPSING AND AFFECTING OTHERS IN THE PROCESS. THIS TIMEBOMB IS MY CAR. ON THE SAME HIGHWAY AS YOU. THE GP, THE GP'S SUPERVISOR AND THE SURGEON ARE; NORTH SHORE KIA AND KIA CANADA!! ARE YOU COMFORTABLE WITH THEM RISKING LIVES? More

Nightmare Bought the car from the Kia dealership three years ago, the salesman was great, informative and really made us feel like we were buying a safe vehicle Bought the car from the Kia dealership three years ago, the salesman was great, informative and really made us feel like we were buying a safe vehicle for our family. Engine malfunctions and basically service dept was a nightmare . It was an absolute nightmare dealing with the service dept, specifically the manager . All could have been alleviated with empathy, open communication and some decent customer service. unfortunately we found none of that at this Kia dealership. Picked up the car a month later to be fair it was clean and runs smoothly but we left feeling that we had dealt with really shoddy customer service (they basically handed us the keys gave us the paperwork no information communicated whatsoever), I could go into detail but that would actually make me relive the nightmare. More

I LOVE KIA North Shore!!! I first bought the KIA Soul on 26th December 2015. Everyone and everything was excellent! Bar none. I then just decided to go back to an SUV and went back in (June 2016) and now have the 2017 KIA Sportage! I am soooooo in LOVE. You guys were so wonderful, gave me all the time in the world, and in both December and now, I really feel like part of the family. I love your new location, and as you know I pop in there to have a coffee, read the paper, and say hello. I LOVE my brand new white Sportage! More

As good as it gets I am a thrilled owner of a 2014 Kia Optima purchased from North Shore Kia. In fact, it's my second one purchased from there (replacing my older Optima I am a thrilled owner of a 2014 Kia Optima purchased from North Shore Kia. In fact, it's my second one purchased from there (replacing my older Optima which I loved as well)! Moe was professional and shared all the facts with me. Apart from pricing which I believe was also extremely fair, the service before, during and after has truly been extraordinary! Cristina in service has always done her best to assure things were 'right' and I have never had an issue with work having been done incorrectly which is save me a ton of time and frustration! I also appreciate the timely reminder calls for the service department! If it weren't for them it always forget to go even though the little computer thing in my cart reminds me!! Thanks everyone for the excellent service! I'll be back for my Cadenza!! (I love that car!!) More
