I was probably in and out of there in under two hours with financing, registration, dealer options explained and the back and forth with insurance handled. Mike in financing had everything lined up exactly as I had negotiated over the phone. This is the second new VW I bought from Norden in 4 years. It was a fast, fun and friendly process overall. I never had that before when buying a car. In less than a day they brought in a car with the right colour and options from another dealership so I could give it an inspection when I arrived from Grande Prairie to sign the papers. The 2024 Taos Highline was a surprise for my wife and the staff played along, making her find the car in the lot using the remote. She was thrilled I bought her a VW (she said she would have kept our existing Tiguan over the new Nissan, Hyundai or Mazda I was hinting that I bought). Obediah showed her how all the features worked and to my surprise (she is tech-phobic) she even wanted the VW app on her phone so she could start her Taos from anywhere. And after 25 years of marriage, she finally got her favourite colour! More

I started my look into a new or used vehicle on Wednesday and that same night my salesman Justin got in touch with me to help me along.
