50 minutes agoNew I am utterly disappointed with the car service I received from Norden Volkswagen. It was an absolute nightmare that left me regretting my decision to entrust my car to their care. First an service I received from Norden Volkswagen. It was an absolute nightmare that left me regretting my decision to entrust my car to their care. First and foremost, my car was returned to me with a deep scratch that clearly wasn't there when I dropped it off. I was assured by their staff that they would investigate the matter using their security cameras to determine how this happened. But guess what? Despite their promises, I never received a single call back regarding the investigation. It's as if they hoped I would just forget about it and move on. As if the scratch wasn't enough, the service also claimed to have fixed an issue with my car that never even existed. It's as if they were just trying to upsell unnecessary repairs to make a quick buck or it's just their incompetence. The lack of communication throughout this whole ordeal was mind-boggling. I had to continuously call them to get updates, only to be met with vague excuses and empty promises. It's clear that they have no respect for their customers' time and concerns. My car now looks worse than when I brought it in, and I'm left feeling taken advantage of and deeply unsatisfied. I strongly advise anyone considering using Norden Volkswagen to steer clear. Their lack of professionalism, poor communication, and questionable business practices have left me with a sour taste in my mouth. Save yourself the trouble and find a car service that actually values its customers and their vehicles. More

Sold my old tiguan to the dealership with their intention to sel 0/5 Would not recommend. Family and I have been devoted VW owners for over 10 years. Sold my old tiguan to the dealership with their intention to sell to an interested 3rd party buyer. When 3rd party buyer backed out, the Sales Manager, Matt tried to dishonor the agreed amount on the Bill of Sale and say VW was in the right to breech contract because "no monetary transaction was yet made" this makes zero sense. He even have the audacity to offer "good news" that they found another buyer, but at a much lesser price than what the Bill of Sale was signed on. When there was mention of small claims court- this Sales Manager threatened that "VW is a big corporation and that they have lawyers on standby to fight this" What a joke of a car dealership and of a business. Needless to say- now a happy Audi owner. Poor and disappointing customer treatment VW Norden. More

I recently had a very frustrating experience with Norden car dealership that has left me feeling extremely dissatisfied. After putting down a $1000 deposit, the dealership kept my money without any justific car dealership that has left me feeling extremely dissatisfied. Despite multiple attempts to communicate with the managers Brandon and Dylan Feihle , I have been completely ignored for the past four months. The lack of communication and accountability from this dealership is unacceptable. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and transparency, especially when it comes to financial matters. Unfortunately, this dealership has failed to meet even the basic expectations of customer service. I would strongly advise anyone considering doing business with this dealership to think twice before handing over any money. The lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction is truly disheartening. I regret my decision to do business with this dealership and hope that by sharing my experience, others can avoid the same frustrating and disappointing outcome. I bought a used vehicle from Norden, paid an additional 900 to have the car “ba Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. I bought a used vehicle from Norden, paid an additional 900 to have the car “back to new” drove from Calgary to Edmonton to purchase the vehicle on the day that was arranged 10 days ahead of time when I got there the body work wasn’t finished and they said the noticed it that morning. I asked the sales guy when it was going to be done as I needed the vehicle before I returned to work (5 days later) was assured the vehicle would be ready by then and delivered to my house in Calgary. Signed the paperwork and waited until the day before the vehicle was supposed to be delivered to reach out to make sure everything was good and I couldn’t get the sales guy or the sales manager to return my calls. Got through to them the afternoon of when I was needing the car by only to be informed the car was still not ready. Postponed the delivery another 8 days because I was going out of town to work and wanted to be home to make sure everything would be good on the car. Car was delivered and the $900 I paid for the “back to new” still left a scuff in the rear quarter panel with painted over the scuff but according to the sales guy the deeper parts of the scuff couldn’t be painted. The fog lights on both sides had cracked lenses, and there was only one key when I was promised 2 keys to be coming with the vehicle. When I told the sales guy that I wasn’t happy he said well it is what it is at this point and walked away from me and drove off. Poor communication empty promises and poor body work. Not at all impressed and if I hadn’t already signed the papers I would have walked away from the deal More
