Poor service and rude staff I booked an appointment 24 hours in advance to test drive 3 used cars. We had previously been told that if we gave an hour notice they could have any car on site to look at. I arrived for my appointment and sat waiting for 20 minutes. We were then passed off to a different person than the original sales person we had talked to who had no idea what we were looking for. I then found out then only one of the three cars I had requested was actually there, and the only reason it was there was because a purchase for it had fallen through earlier in the day. The car (a 2010 Mazda 6) was in great condition and I put in an offer. The salesman and sales manager were condescending and not knowledgable the entire time. They lied about the original price, and gave me a condescending explanation of how a "competitive market" works. The lowest we could get them to go on price was $100 higher than the original list price. Overall the experience was not good and even if I found another car I wanted to purchase I would not give my money to these people. The one positive was that the reception staff were friendly and helpful. More

I initially was unsure about which model to go with and Adam was knowledgeable in pairing me with the right car for me and was so patient in allowing me to test every possible option. Friendly, quick, knowledagble. As soon as I pulled into the garage they were they to help me. My car was used .ive had several issues with the car. Hi i got a car from these guys in 2017 i ve had the car for 5 months now .the car was in service several times .i took it in recently for a heating Hi i got a car from these guys in 2017 i ve had the car for 5 months now .the car was in service several times .i took it in recently for a heating problem. They found no issue.so i was charged 165.00 for a diagnostic when i was told it be bi more than 100.00 so i agreed then my credit card was dinged 165.00 and they found no issue .so i went amd took back rhe loaner car and got my own back .only to find the headlight on right side was not working i had to drive back home 30 mins away with my high beams on now im afraid to take it back in to service for fear of gabing to pay again.however i pay an additional 99.00 a month which is another 5000 for extended bumper to bumper warranty so i wouldnt incurr this cost .if im paying this why would i habe to oay MORE i am a disabled individual i dobt understand unless im being exolained to me. Im sorry to have to write this but now it seems im going to be filing a formal complaint Worst experience ever More

Stressful and uncomfortable buying experience As a first time car buyer I had a very poor experience at this dealership and will not be returning. Our salesperson was friendly but did not know the As a first time car buyer I had a very poor experience at this dealership and will not be returning. Our salesperson was friendly but did not know the product or what the dealership had to offer at all! I felt very pressured into making the purchase, and though I haggled to get the price lower it was fruitless. The staff made it seem like they were giving me a great deal on the vehicle and helping me out when it was clear that they were not. The manager made condescending comments like "the math is simple" as if I didn't understand. When I asked questions my salesman would talk around it and not give direct answers. I asked several simple questions including if I could store my tires at the dealership and he said he did not know and never followed up with finding answers. The manager would not give me the promotion of $500 on a go card if someone referred me to the dealership even though I asked several times. In sum, I have many unanswered questions from the staff at this dealership. I also ordered a car starter to be installed in my vehicle. Staff said it would be ready Tuesday, as the week went on it ended up not being ready until Saturday. When I picked the car up the car starter did not work and my salesman said he couldn't figure out why so I would have to call the car starter install company and get it looked after myself. Overall very unhappy with the service I received as it was difficult it was to get simple answers and I left without my car working 100%. I felt a great deal of pressure to purchase the vehicle, there were several tense moments and a lot of talking in circles which left me feeling uncomfortable. This experience took away the excitement of picking up my first new car which should be a proud moment. More
