Norden contacted me via text March 19th about their Private Sale event which offered 2 years of free maintenance, 500$ credit on your go card or a free iPad and 1000$ extra added to your trade in value. I wasn’t necessarily looking to get into another vehicle because the last time I looked into it, I wasted a lot of my time as I live an hour outside the city. Anyways, I texted back saying if you could get me into a decent vehicle for a decent price, then sure! So the first sales guy calls me and asks what I’m looking for and I tell him I want a Journey, specifically because I live in the country and for winter driving I hate my front wheel drive so I want a AWD. He shows me this 2015 journey with 95,000 kms listed for 16,000$..... he gets the deal together and then I find out this vehicle is front wheel drive as well like really?! So I call him and say I’m not taking this vehicle so he goes and finds me another one, it’s AWD and really nice and I say yeah sure that’s perfect. So we arrange a time on the weekend so I can get the offers for their private sale. We agree on Saturday but only if everything’s approved and ready to go because I don’t want to waste my time. so Friday I ask him “have I gotten approved? And what do I need to bring with me tomorrow?” He responds ‘yes. And a void cheque” that’s all he said word for word. So me and my boyfriend get there at 9:45 and he comes out and tosses us the keys and says take it for a spin, so we get it go for a drive and we love it. We come back and wait for an hour and he comes out and says hey would you happen to have a letter of employment? It’s saturday and my work is closed so no I didn’t have one so I’m automatically annoyed because I asked what I needed and he never said anything about a letter of employment so I scramble with my boss trying to get this written up and after an hour I email it to him. He says take the journey and have some lunch and I’ll call when this is ready so me and my boyfriend head to the mall and sit down and he calls and says ‘so the bank didn’t approve you! We either need a co signer or we can get you into the first journey I showed you!” What are you not comprehending man, I do not want another front wheel drive lol. So at this point I’m like let’s bring the vehicle back and get my keys and go cause I was angry. My boyfriend says no no, I’ll co sign so we head back and they start doing paperwork for him and we wait another hour, he comes out again and says hey, can I get a letter of employment from you now? It’s like 3 pm at this point and he says get it to me at 4 and just take the journey home for the night and then come back tomorrow. We send off the letter of employment and hear nothing. So now it’s sunday and he tells us the banks closed, bring the vehicle back and well get this done Monday so we bring the vehicle back. Anyways, this all started March 19th and we finally signed papers on this vehicle March 29th..... the payments we originally agreed on are now 100$ higher, we wasted our entire Saturday at that place because I was told I was approved and they didn’t even give us the 2 years of free maintenance, or the choice between the iPad or 500$- all that wasted time and stressing and they didn’t even apologize or offer us jack. The day we went in to pick it up, we arrived at 6:30 and didn’t leave until 9:30. We sat in their lounge until about ten to 9 before someone came out and toke us into the office to sign papers lol. It toke 2 entire weeks for us to get the vehicle, I am extremely angry with their services. All the running around and phone calls and people ignoring us and never calling us back- wouldn’t even give them one star. More

They have giving me 4 dates to bring my car in and keep cancelling on me and now won’t return my call. I just want, to have what I paid for done to my car, is that to much to ask for. I think NOT. Plus I bought a tire warranty with my car and the tire light is and they wont even help me out. Do i need to Call AMVIC ?? More

When we indicated the one veh we liked the sales lady indicated that it had a deal written up on it three days ago. She left and went to her manager who came back and put us on to a more expensive model and indicated that a deal was just written up today on the aforementioned Car. now finding it odd having different stories . So then we have to wait for close to a hr for the sales lady to find a veh for us to take on a test drive. We go on a drive after being shown it in darkness and head back in to look at numbers. After being Shown the Numbers and so-called discounts. Keep in mind what they think is a deal is having a car sit on their lot and having to reduce the price three times ( this counts as a discount) the other thing they do is list the car on auto trader for more money then their dealership web page (also count this as a discount)we indicated that we would think about the purchase over night, the sales lady insisted on completing the deal after being told even if I got my counter offer id still think of it. She was told that enough of my time had been wasted and that they could call me with a answer. Still not respecting our request dragged a manager over to try to seal the deal but not fully accepting the counter offer. I still told them that, I was not going to be bullied in to buying a car after seeing it for 15 min.. When I got home I worked the number the so called 6000 of the list price was actually $500 with their shell game. I wonder do they think its a discount from a original new price to the used price. If you are a first time buyer do your research be for you make deals with them, you could be surprised that your bank has a better lending rate then what they are telling you. Its your money , we also found the same veh with far less Km on it with the same features, and also found the same car at a different dealer for less $ and with less KM. Buyer Be Wear. It will take a lot for me to step back into this dealer ship to do business. More
Amateurs My car is 5 months old. When they sold me the car I discovered the inner lining the quarter panel was about to fall off. Also they washed the car befo My car is 5 months old. When they sold me the car I discovered the inner lining the quarter panel was about to fall off. Also they washed the car before I got it and marked it up with the line streaks. The lining was replaced and they tried to polish the car but was not the same as new. "These are things a buyer should not have to concern himself with" Then in the 5 months I brought it in twice for the same things ... remote start, lumbar seat support, and exhaust smell. Both times they called saying there is no problem found and I can pick up the car. I refused to take "no problem found " as an answer, and I suggested they take the matter more seriously. They had the car for a week and they did not even consult the remote start installer. I contacted him and in 5 min we came up with a couple of ideas. I called Norden back telling them to take the initiative and think out of the box, and told them to contact the installer and get his ideas implemented. They seem to get tooooo caught up in procedures. I find them to be all nice polite people but absolute amateurs when it comes to solving problems that show up randomly. More

Eric took the time to go for a test drive with me then took the car into the shop and discovered it was ice and snow build up. He removed all of it and rebalanced my tires and charged me nothing. I can't say enough good things about service I have received at Norden. Exceptional!!!! More

Poor service and rude staff I booked an appointment 24 hours in advance to test drive 3 used cars. We had previously been told that if we gave an hour notice they could have any I booked an appointment 24 hours in advance to test drive 3 used cars. We had previously been told that if we gave an hour notice they could have any car on site to look at. I arrived for my appointment and sat waiting for 20 minutes. We were then passed off to a different person than the original sales person we had talked to who had no idea what we were looking for. I then found out then only one of the three cars I had requested was actually there, and the only reason it was there was because a purchase for it had fallen through earlier in the day. The car (a 2010 Mazda 6) was in great condition and I put in an offer. The salesman and sales manager were condescending and not knowledgable the entire time. They lied about the original price, and gave me a condescending explanation of how a "competitive market" works. The lowest we could get them to go on price was $100 higher than the original list price. Overall the experience was not good and even if I found another car I wanted to purchase I would not give my money to these people. The one positive was that the reception staff were friendly and helpful. More
