She was very patient and it was clear that she wanted me to be happy with my purchase. I wish I would have known that there is NO negotiating on the list price of the vehicle you exchange for, even though there were 3 rock chips in the windshield that I had to fix and the front struts were leaking :( This was a management decision which I was disappointed with. I didn’t feel this was a fair price for a vehicle that needed some work done. So far there has been no other issues and I am happy with my new vehicle. More

Never buy a VW I bought a VW passat from here and within a month it started making all kinds of noises and I took it in and was told it needs $6,500 worth of work. Overall very poor experience and something is to be said about their business if you can't even expect their vehicle to run properly without any problems for less than 45 days. More

Just not worth it I purchased a 2017 Golf with "Dimond Fusion". I was verbally told this was a specific windshield coating that would include up to 1 replacement windsh I purchased a 2017 Golf with "Dimond Fusion". I was verbally told this was a specific windshield coating that would include up to 1 replacement windshield per year for the first 5yrs. Roll forward to two months ago where I had a large Crack in the windshield and go to replace it and am told it is a 3rd party that deals with Dimond Fusion and they give me a number to call. Turns out the place no longer takes calls only email. After getting the runaround from the company I call then go into Norden VW. Each time asking to speak with Manager. I am always assured I will be contacted but no one ever does. Finally I call VW canada customer service and surprise surprise Mike from norden calls that day to say they have had issues with the third party provider for Dimond Fusion and they now will take care of it in house. I drop my car off yesterday and was told upon pick up today they will no longer honor repairing windshield again. Spoke with Jason Seniuk/finance manager who says I only paid half of what they usually would have charged at time of purchase so it must mean they wouldn't have offered the one windshield max per year for five years. He refuses to honor original agreement. I have been a loyal customer and never been so disappointed in how poorly the situation was handled. Never told about change in coverage of windshield and brushed off because they entered a bad business deal with a third party. Never going back and will likely never purchase a VW again. Just not worth it More

Not impressed I got a used vehicle from them months ago and they told me everything was good. Took it back in a few weeks later heating wasnt working and I'm still I got a used vehicle from them months ago and they told me everything was good. And i dont even have the paperwork for my vehicle after numerous attempts to contact my dealer. Wouldn't recommend anyone going there once you sign the papers they could care less! More
