Great experience We saw an add for a used vehicle on Norden’s lot. We phoned and spoke to Brittnay. She was very informative and honest about the condition of the SUV. She was very patient and it was clear that she wanted me to be happy with my purchase. I wish I would have known that there is NO negotiating on the list price of the vehicle you exchange for, even though there were 3 rock chips in the windshield that I had to fix and the front struts were leaking :( This was a management decision which I was disappointed with. I didn’t feel this was a fair price for a vehicle that needed some work done. So far there has been no other issues and I am happy with my new vehicle. More

Never buy a VW I bought a VW passat from here and within a month it started making all kinds of noises and I took it in and was told it needs $6,500 worth of work. Overall very poor experience and something is to be said about their business if you can't even expect their vehicle to run properly without any problems for less than 45 days. More
