Well we bought a car from them a year ago, well 20000km my wife put on this car and the transmission went well ok stuff happens understandable but we did buy the maximum 25000$ coverage for extended warran my wife put on this car and the transmission went well ok stuff happens understandable but we did buy the maximum 25000$ coverage for extended warranty well tried to use it and wow can not as wife care over the year went down in valve so when Norden sold us the warranty I did ask them if motor and stuff was covered well they said yes and now it is not covered as warranty only covers up to the value of the car so you buy car for 15000 and it is worth black book at 12000 but get talked into 25000 coverage warranty you just over paid and warranty only will cover up to value of car 12000 and less and less every year. That is what sales person sells you and then you try to use it can can not and even when I called they said that I bought 25000 coverage not value of car then when they tried to help by calling the warranty company they where told the same so if they try to sell you this huge warranty package not good at all as only good for the value of car. All warranty is that way fine print. So I was scammed into buying a 25000$ coverage when car off lot was only 15000 and I wasted 10000$ in coverage that I paid for and right from start never was able to use. So do not buy the big package of extended warranty only buy package that covers the black book valve of car as that is the max extended warranty will cover More

The Norden sales team wasted my time to no end and were anything but pleasant to deal with. I couldn’t get a direct answer on very basic questions such as “Can you please confirm the Gray ID4 xxxxxxAWD on your website is in stock. If so, can you please confirm the KMs?” I expected a simple answer but they just couldn’t do it, even after multiple attempts. To get pricing on the ID4 was another long-winded, annoying adventure. Seriously – bring a Risk board so you can play a full game with your friends and family while the hours of your life slip away. You’ll need to entertain yourself for sadly a lot of time as they waste. I don’t know if it’s a sleezy sales tactic or what. One day after much of our Saturday was wasted, my wife, son and I just left. It was awful. I will also say, the team is not trained on the EV lineup. They have no idea about battery capacity, HP/tourque, the tech or how it stacks up against the competition. After getting annoyed at the lack of competence and respect for my time, I ditched Norden and went to West Edmonton Volkswagon. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody. I escalated these (and other) issues to VW of Canada. They said they’d provide the dealership feedback but I don’t expect anything will change. Absolutely do not recommend More

Brought my VW golf in for factory recall at 10:30 am, only promise was it would be done by 5;00pm. Sent a text it was ready at 3:00pm for pickup. No complaints re time in and out.
