Got cheated by the protection package I purchased a Chrysler 200 from the dealership and at the time of settlement the finance staff explained about or offered protection package worth I purchased a Chrysler 200 from the dealership and at the time of settlement the finance staff explained about or offered protection package worth 1600 dollar, which means installing a rust protective shield in the lower part of the vehicle. I accepted the offer and informed them that I would like to do the installment from Grand Prairie instead from Edmonton to save time on that day. I approach the dealer shift later and booked an appointment in Grand Prairie to do the installment. When I go through the receipt after the installment I came to know that the protection package cost only 599.99 dollars. It was cleared that they cheated for 1000 dollar. I contacted the dealership regarding this and couldn't get a satisfactory response. I will definitely fight and will contact the higher authority until I get the balance amount worth 1000 dollars. Never get cheated with the offers. More

Terrible Service Experience We traded in our 2012 Tiguan for a 2016 Touareg, the Tiguan at that time had winter tires and rims on it, which we bought from them. They later reques We traded in our 2012 Tiguan for a 2016 Touareg, the Tiguan at that time had winter tires and rims on it, which we bought from them. They later requested that I bring in the OEM summer tires and rims and take it to the service department after which I can take back the winter tires and rims with me. At least that's what I was led to believe. So a couple of days later I drove 3 hours to Edmonton bringing the summer rims and tires and dropped it off at their service department. And lo and behold, nobody can find the winter tires and rims. How can you lose 4 tires and rims just like that? They're not microscopic things that you cannot see with the naked eye. I drove back home 3 hours empty-handed. I spent days after that following up, days turned to weeks, weeks to months, and months turned to 2 years!!. I have given up on ever finding those winter tires. Let this be a warning, be wary of Norden's service department. The only saving grace for this whole ordeal was our sales person, Jonathan Rumbles. He is fantastic and absolutely helpful every step of the way. If you plan on buying a VW from Norden go see Jon Rumbles, highly recommended based on my experience. Forget their service department. More

He was very courteous and professional and took the time to go through all the steps with me to ensure I was making the right choice. He was very honest and informative and I never felt pressured into anything. A great experience for me overall!! More
Lots of waiting! Well... that was probably the most annoying car purchase I've had. The first sales person forgot I was coming after we set-up an appointment over emai Well... that was probably the most annoying car purchase I've had. The first sales person forgot I was coming after we set-up an appointment over email. When I arrived they kept me waiting 15 minutes, then the salesperson didn't have the vehicle ready as promised... so we set up another appointment. The day of that appointment I received a reminder phone call from the manager... then 1 hour later a message that the vehicle I was interested in was about to be bought by another buyer. Then they called back and promised it would be back by a certain time... then another hour or so later I get a message that it wouldn't be back. Thats when I asked for a new salesperson. Then I was assigned Saransh who was super nice. He got things moving and me a test drive... thank god for him as he saved the deal. After that things moved better... other than having to constantly wait after having made appointments and receiving confirmation calls from management. The day I showed up to do the paperwork and them making me surrender my trade-in LONG before my purchased vehicle (I got one that I was buying was in transit) arrived at the dealership. I arrived 5 minutes early for the appointment. 10 minutes after my appointment time I was told the management person (person doing the sales paperwork) would be another 2-5 minutes. 20 minutes after that, (so now I've been waiting 30 minutes after my appointment time) I told reception I was walking to Tim Hortons for a coffee... when I got back 10 minutes later I still had to wait before the management person was ready. After 2 hours of paperwork (after which I was super hangry and wanted to be anywhere else) I was given a loaner vehicle to drive until my car arrived. The car, and I won't complain about what I got which was a 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe (which actually drove really nice) smelled like apartment building hallway at dinner time - good lord - there was no temperature cold enough outside that could force me to drive with the windows anything but all-the-way down. I commented on the smell and they did offer to switch it out but there was no way I was going to add more waiting time to the already massive amount of time I had spent reading the same newspaper in the customer lounge. What would have been the best, if Nordon was serious about switching the smelly-vehicle out; they could have brought it to me at work or home. That would have been the next little bump up in customer service seeing as up to that point it has be wondering if Norden had ever sold a vehicle before or if I was the first person ever to buy there! During the waiting while in transit process, I was emailing with the management finance person regarding paperwork and some outstanding items from the deal which he told me he'd follow up on (things like telling me what the 'Alberta Package' is after I HAD to have it on my vehicle - apparently mandatory - ) he didn't have the courtesy to ever email me back. Yup - thats right - sign the paperwork and then completely ignore me. If I pulled that at work I'd be hauled in front of my boss. So yeah... if you buy a car here I hope you don't have to deal with him. I will give Norden this - I do think I got a good deal. They did even let me walk out the door to try the competitions vehicles without any pressure sales tactics. The one sales manager Eddie that I dealt with a bit was super awesome. No pressure - he knew I'd be back because the new Tiguan's are way way better than the rest in the class. I was really happy that the negotiating of the deal could be done over the phone so I didn't have to sit in one of those offices while the salesperson runs back and forth - that was awesome and I wish more dealerships would work that way. In the end the sales person would bring me back and I would recommend Saransh to any would-be buyer. He had the car ready to go when he said he would and the delivery process was smooth and I really really love my Tiguan - plus it has white seats so I'm sure I'll be back all the time getting them cleaned! More

Great experience We saw an add for a used vehicle on Norden’s lot. We phoned and spoke to Brittnay. She was very informative and honest about the condition of the SUV. We decided to go see the SUV for ourselves, took it for a test drive and absolutely loved it. Brittnay pointed out all of the features and was very helpful. We ended up trading in our current vehicle for the SUV and were very happy with the end price for each. We would highly recommend this dealership and Brittnay. More
