Half a dozen employees looked up, even reception, looked at our son, complet We were ready to do a cash deal - came in with our son who is aboriginal. Half a dozen employees looked up, even reception, looked at our son, completely ignored him - and us. In the dealership five minutes, walking around, looking at cars, several employees walking past and averting gaze. Not one person communicated with us. We left. Headed to competitors who treat every person coming in the door the same. need a car today as our son’s broke down and is not fixable. Shame on you Norden. More
