Disappointing service; didn't go the extra mile at all. Took Pathfinder in for check up; authorized recommended repairs; paid bill; got in truck to discover "check engine soon" light was on but check sheet Took Pathfinder in for check up; authorized recommended repairs; paid bill; got in truck to discover "check engine soon" light was on but check sheet indicated that warning lights were checked and okay; when I questioned staff; they rudely said "what do you want me to do about it?" Very sloppy. Service rep later called me with poor excuse; offered me a 10% discount for diagnostics. Not good enough! More

tried to pull a fast one My trade in had a market value of 24,000 low to 26,000 high...they offered me 14,000 as a trade in. I bet they fool uneducated car shoppers....but the My trade in had a market value of 24,000 low to 26,000 high...they offered me 14,000 as a trade in. I bet they fool uneducated car shoppers....but they insulted me with an offer that would have taken over 7,000 of my equity away....I dont recommend buying tnere if you have a trade in. BTW my car was in prestine shape with hardly any miles on it More

I later sent an email to the sales manager and the salesman complaining of the salesman's rude behaviour.The sales manager got back to me two days later and told me it was important for all customers to have a good and rewarding experience and invited me to get back to him. I responded to his email and to date he hasn't answered the questions I asked in the email. More
