Took me multiple days to get my deposit back. More

Tried to speak to a Service Advisor (via the reception) but nobody answered extension line or called me back (4 attempts too). I phoned again later and got through to the Service Manager who said he was the only one in service today (?); it only got weirder with this guy . . . . .how do they get jobs dealing with the public? You certainly don’t insult customers trying to give you business! That was my limit with Nissan of Duncan, I’ve said “never again” with their service too many times before and this time I mean it. Oh yes, my Xterra is great, unlike Nissan of Duncan. More
They have a very unethical and abrasive sales practice. They don’t disclose the price of the vehicle and will trick you to sign financing documents before even seeing the car and pull hard credit check alt They don’t disclose the price of the vehicle and will trick you to sign financing documents before even seeing the car and pull hard credit check although they keep advertising this will not affect credit. Hello everyone, My name is Sourabh Prasher just wanna make sure here otherwise they will say we don’t have any record for this name. I bought a Nissan Altima SR 2021 in November month of 2022 and I went make sure here otherwise they will say we don’t have any record for this name. I bought a Nissan Altima SR 2021 in November month of 2022 and I went from Victoria to Duncan for this dealership but the people in this dealership will try to make fool of you. There ultimate target is just to sell the vehicle and afterwards if you have any concern or issue regarding it they gonna treat as a piece of garbage. First of all I bought the vehicle just one month ago and after three days I found they didn’t put the engine oil and went change for the engine oil in change in Victoria and I paid $160 for that and I also informed one of the sales person in Nissan Duncan his name is Garret and I never heard anything back from him. Secondly, I found the wire in the engine was chewed by the rat previously, the sale person Garret told me that at the time of buying the car and he told me that we fixed the issue but they didn’t so I called them back again and they booked me for the appointment and also they told me that your vehicle need break fluid change as well and this within the month I bought the Vehicle. Today I went there and they charged me $415.87 for changing the break-fluid and for repairing the wire.I told them I just bought the Vehicle a month ago and they were like there was a miscommunication from our side our service guy who booked you in for today shouldn’t told you about changing the break fluid change and also I told the wire issue was there from the starting but the guy over there I don’t remember his name exactly but they were calling him JEFF. The guy started to-tell me where do you live, you know that area has a-lot of rats, I told him that we have other Vehicles in our home as well and we never had this issue and he was like I guess Rats love Nissan. He was throwing two $25 Tim Hortons gift cards for the inconvenience and he was pretty rude to us. He was saying I bought a million dollar house but in only few months we had to call pest control in our house so this thing can be happen to anyone and if you wanna get a reimbursement for this you need to call ICBC because every month you are paying for the insurance. The guy who sold me the Vehicle never showed up while the conversation was going on and I told the guy Jeff can you please call Garret as he sold me the Car but he never called him. JEFF you are a good sales person and what I realize that you are also pretty rude, This guy was saying I am not working in the service department then why are you interfering if you know nothing and you were trying to use your skills towards me and you were making fool of me nothing else.I was unable to answer you because of your bad and disrespectful behaviour. I am really disappointed with Nissan of Duncan and their service. DONT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP, I am strongly recommending all the buyers out there for a day wage earner its hard to spend $400 on the Vehicle that he just bought a month ago More
Called to make appointment to get my A/C looked at. I have the extended warranty on my 2019 Qashqai. Within 30 minutes of making the service appointment, i got a high pressure call from sales. When i t I have the extended warranty on my 2019 Qashqai. Within 30 minutes of making the service appointment, i got a high pressure call from sales. When i took in the car for servicing, they told me there was a $165 "diagnostic" fee and the A/C still might not even be covered. i drove away, and will NEVER be back. I called Campus Nissan in Victoria, they tell me they will diagnose for free. So for the sake of $165, Duncan Nissan lost any future potential sale (this is my 3rd Nissan product, i love them) More
I went in looking for a car since I had a reliable and long-term job. I was shopping all dealerships to get a feel for what options I had and then went to Nissan of Duncan. When I explained to the salesm long-term job. I was shopping all dealerships to get a feel for what options I had and then went to Nissan of Duncan. When I explained to the salesman my goals and what I was looking for, they suggested and brought in a dirty car that was just given to them. It was still dirty and gross from the customer that traded in. I drove it, it was nice but the overall presentation was so disgusting. If the car was clean and presentable like it’s supposed to… I’d be a bit more impressed. But they showed and offered a gross and dirty car. By the time it came to getting my details, I was hesitating and unsure. They swooped me in and I was just wanting to look at options. When they got my information to do a credit check, I backed out. I said I wanted to think of it. A few weeks later, I was getting calls and texts saying that I got approved for a car so what was I doing? They did the credit check without my consent or approval. They still did it and that left a sour taste in my mouth. Go here if you want to get hit with so much information you get overwhelmed and end up getting a car you aren’t 100% confident in. More

If you buy pre-owned vehicle be prepared to fight for every little thing that needs fixing. They WILL NOT try and proactively fix obvious things. They wait for you to identify it. For example, no spare t every little thing that needs fixing. They WILL NOT try and proactively fix obvious things. They wait for you to identify it. For example, no spare tire or jack. My own mechanic identified this, not them. Very poor customer service!! Don't be blinded by the 'car dealer' friendliness. It's a show to get your money. Overall I never felt like they genuinely wanted to sell me a nice, clean vehicle. They don't ask below to rate honesty, integrity, etc. If they did they would get 1 star. More
