Spent several hundred dollars to fix a sensor in the bumper Don't look for cheap answers from GM Virgil. Spent nearly $400 to "fix" a sensor. After using the vehicle for 73 MILES, alert came on again. GM wants me to spend MORE money to address this problem. I would have expected them to warrant their diagnostic work at least for 30 days. It has only been week. Poor, poor customer service. Integrity is not their dogma. More
DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM NIAGARA MOTORS a week ago Worst car buying experience ever. Purchased a truck from this dealership and was mislead on date of delivery (told 8 to 10 weeks whic a week ago Worst car buying experience ever. Purchased a truck from this dealership and was mislead on date of delivery (told 8 to 10 weeks which actually became 4 months) Ordered specific options on the truck and were told they would be on vehicle but to our surprise the truck showed up without them. We then asked if we could order another truck but the salesperson told us they are not building 2016'so anymore and would have to order a 2017. (False statement because our nephew ordered a 2016 truck and it was built and in his possession in 5 weeks). No compensation for the many issues we had in this buying experience from this dealership. Have bought GM vehicles my entire life but after dealing with Niagara Motors myself and my family will never buy a GM vehicle again. Save yourself the headaches and STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. Would rate zero stars if possible. More
