A Great Experience We had been looking for a car for about a year and couldn't find something that hit the mark. I saw someone driving a Nissan Murano and love the lines We had been looking for a car for about a year and couldn't find something that hit the mark. I saw someone driving a Nissan Murano and love the lines. My husband went in to the show room just to look at the cars to see if he liked the Murano. Well it was love at first sight! We went back that evening and test drove the car. Our salesperson Kevin Lachnit was very accommodating and easy to deal with. During our negotiations Steve Williams was very professional and made us feel comfortable with our decision. After the sale my husband took our new car into the service department to have some top rails installed to accommodate our car top carrier. The service technician Steve McCrae was truly amazing. He had to modify the part to fit on our vehicle and did a wonderful job. Great Team. More

Truck Purchase. Dealership couldn't locate the truck that I originally wanted as it was late in the season, and I was upset with the way things were turning out. During my search on the internet I came across Niagara Falls Nissan and called them for further information. Jon Lymburner was extremely helpful and since we live 1 1/2 hours away he was willing to talk price and trade in and we basically made a deal over the phone. I don't know of many dealerships/salesperson that would be so trustworthy and accommodating. So we made the trip, bought the truck, four days later we picked it up. It was clean, detailed and serviced and all Nissans options and requests I made were all complete and ready on time. Caroline was very friendly, professional and knowledgable.
