All through the process, he was transparent with the history of the vehicle, and answered all our questions without any pressure. He was patient, knowledgeable and addressed all our questions. He was fair with the negotiating and didn't play all the tricks that we've experienced with other car salespeople. He was professional and was a great experience. Was in the market for a truck, and found that they had what I was looking for, with just a few emails with Steve, he made it possible to get the ball Was in the market for a truck, and found that they had what I was looking for, with just a few emails with Steve, he made it possible to get the ball rolling, and even offered to bring the truck to me if I was unable to get down to the dealership! That there is what I call going the extra to gain a customer, and that's exactly what they accomplished. When we arrived @ the dealership we where greeted by Jon, and said he knew we where coming, we checked out the truck and there was absolutely no sales pressure in deciding. We did end up purchasing the truck and they where able to have it ready for the following day. The weather was not in out favor for the evening pick up, cold and blowing snow, but Jon called as we where on our way, and when we arrived, he had the truck running so it was nice and warm for our drive home! Awesome service!!!!! More

Our sales consultant Jeff Vance met us with a wonderful approach. He understood what we were looking for but there was no pressure to purchase. Great Service We presently own a 2009 Murano SL (with over 275k on it and counting) and 2012 Altima SL and have had virtually all our servicing done here. Normally no appointment needed for oil changes but I always call ahead and book a time to make sure. Service advisors Bob Brett and Christina are always pleasant and helpful and the Service Manager Jason is always approachable if you want to discuss any concerns. I would recommend having your Nissan or any other make serviced here. More
