That there is what I call going the extra to gain a customer, and that's exactly what they accomplished. When we arrived @ the dealership we where greeted by Jon, and said he knew we where coming, we checked out the truck and there was absolutely no sales pressure in deciding. We did end up purchasing the truck and they where able to have it ready for the following day. The weather was not in out favor for the evening pick up, cold and blowing snow, but Jon called as we where on our way, and when we arrived, he had the truck running so it was nice and warm for our drive home! Awesome service!!!!! More

Normally no appointment needed for oil changes but I always call ahead and book a time to make sure. Service advisors Bob Brett and Christina are always pleasant and helpful and the Service Manager Jason is always approachable if you want to discuss any concerns. I would recommend having your Nissan or any other make serviced here. More
