One thing that love the most about them they did not push, or try to buy me and ask about money. Absolutely hands down 100% will be back for more Nissan purchases, and I suggest Nissan to all my friends and family ! The ones that almost got away We came in about a month ago for a car we saw in auto trader. Sean Fowler did an excellent job of informing us, without pressure about the vehicle. We came to a stalemate in the negotiations and left with good feelings toward Sean. Recently, Durda Falivena called and asked whether there was anything Nissan could do to help us get the car we expressed interest in. We then struck a deal and purchased the vehicle. Even though the margin of profit was very thin, Durda answered all our many questions promptly and assisted us in a purchase of snow tires (for our safety...at a fair market value). All the promises made were fulfilled and we drove away happy. Thank you for all your value added service Durda and for helping us reconsider. More

Nightmare! Second NEW vehicle purchase This is my second purchase from Niagara Falls nissan of a brand new vehicle. Totally 75000 dollars by the way. After a huge administration error upon the purchase of my new SUV, i still have yet to be made whole again. Not once had the lady in licensing admitted her error. Instead she spoke to me so ignorantly and explained to me the whole ordeal was in fact my fault. I dont know how i purchase a vehicle with my signature and it end up in another persons name is quite my fault, but okay. It didn't end there. I tried working with Nissan to fix the issue. I went back and forth for almost 2 weeks trying to get the issue dealt with. It wasn't until i threatened legal action did they finally realize i wasn't backing down from their HUGE error! I saved them from dealing with the fraudulent issue, and the tax penalty to transfer my truck into MY NAME in the end with the promise i would be fully compensated for all my aggrivation for doing so. As even the comissioner had said the liability would be on them to fix it, at the penalty cost of the taxes on my new truck for the ownership change. Because we all knew it was in fact their fault and their issue to fix. Anyways... The initial offer of compensation from philipo was 10% off factory install of the tow package and philipo quoted me $1100. Slap in the face to me!! I saved you the aggrivation of dealing with YOUR error and that was your first offer?! This was when i mentioned to him no thank you, i will just pursue legal action and go from there to get my truck into my name and deal with the fraud. He called back within 12 hours with his next offer... The last conversation i had with philipo was that he had gotten approval from jason for a TOW PACKAGE (tow bar and wiring) to be put into my truck at ZERO cost to me, and asked me to write a kind review on their dealership when transaction was completed.. No problem i said. Since i had already saved them the more pressing issue of the administrative fraud and thousands of dollars of transfering my truck into my name, i figured this was a pretty good outcome. I should have waited to do what i said i would do to fix the administrative issue by transfering my truck into my name because they never kept their word!!! I was told to drop my truck off at Nissan Tuesday and pick it up thursday, and that they had scheduled my TOW PACKAGE to be installed. To my dismay i seen the cheap piece they had put on and i immediately drove to a mechanic shop and spoke to a family friend. After finding out what they had done was went to uhaul, got a cheap tow hitch and slap it on, no wiring was put in, no bar put in. Just a simple hole and 4 bolts. When i spoke with uhaul they said the part for nissan was about 200 bucks and labour about 45 minutes. So... Nissan took my truck for 2 days, went to uhaul found a cheap fix and thought, 'she wont know the difference', istalled it and called it a day. Im flipping at this point. I purchased the platinum rogue with a $40,000 price tag on it and now looking at a cheap part that i cant even hook up my trailer too. A TOW PACKAGE includes both components. And it should have Nissan parts. I will never ever deal with Nissan again after this. And i will be sure to have my story heard. I have also been in contact with OMVIC, because this isn't over. I was called a fool, and yelled at from merium in licensing and was made a promise from philipo the manager. Im disgusted in the treatment i have recieved, and i hope people know what kind of business they conduct there is appauling. When you sign your name purchasing a 40 thousand dollar vehicle it should be smooth sailing. This was a collosal mess and Nissan of NF couldn't care less. There's your review, philipo. Maybe now someone with higher authority will finally call me back to rectify this. More

Great Low Pressure Sales Team Sealed The Deal! This was as easy a car purchase as we've ever made. Knowing that we were chasing down a specific model/trim/colour (2017 Rogue SL in Monarch Orange), This was as easy a car purchase as we've ever made. Knowing that we were chasing down a specific model/trim/colour (2017 Rogue SL in Monarch Orange), all we needed was for Niagara Falls Nissan to hit the numbers that my wife and I had in our head. Aware that we had already paid a visit to the dealership just down the QEW in St. Catharines, sales consultant Jeff Vance quickly cut to the chase, offering the dealership's lowest price and a generous trade on our 2011 Hyundai. The fact that, when pressed, he really couldn't do better told us that their best offer truly was their best offer. When we told the St. Catharines dealer the price we were offered in Niagara Falls, they insisted that we had received a "taxes out" price, as their price was curiously 13% higher for the exact same vehicle. Eager for us to sign right there and then, the rather cocky sales manager in St. Catharines offered to pick us up and drive us to Niagara Falls if the Niagara Falls price did in fact include taxes. It did. We called St. Catharines to inquire as to when he would be picking us up, but they failed to see the humour. Quite simply, we could not have asked for a more honest, straightforward or friendly sales consultant than Jeff Vance. He was enormously helpful in answering our endless questions, and spent a considerable amount of time and energy with us *after* the sale, reviewing the vehicle in great detail. Geographically, Niagara Falls Nissan is a little off the beaten path, but well worth the trip. I cannot recommend them more highly. More

Outstanding Service Department I had noted an odd smell from the engine compartment. The vehicle was due for service so I made sure to mention it to Christina. Service took a little longer than expected but the waiting room is comfortable and the staff are friendly. Christina came back with gut wrenching news. The estimate for repairs was $5000.00! Christina checked into my extended warranty and came back having turned a $5000.00 dollar bill into a $900.00 dollar bill. Christina was nothing short of amazing and worked tirelessly throughout this process. Christina kept me informed and provided me with a courtesy car for the period of repair. I can't say enough about Christina Vickers and the whole service team at Niagara Falls Nissan. Christina you are a Star! Greg Williams More
