As you know, we we're not able to control the licensing transfer as that is controlled by the Ministry of Transportation in Ontario. We did do our very best to make you happy with the purchase of your brand new Rogue by providing you a new trailer hitch at no additional cost and that was approved by you via phone call before the installation had taken place. We are sorry to hear of your reaction as the last time we spoke, you had mentioned how happy you were that we stepped up to make this right. I believe at this point u tried ti make me happy because u knew the error u made. NOT the ministry of transportation. U allowed me to drive off the lot with no ownership and the truck not even being in my own name. Does the rest of the world know how easy it is to purchase a 40 thousand dollar SUV in someone elses name? I did make an aggreement with u on the phone for a tow package. U said they just wouldn't be Nissan parts. Which i was fine with. The tow package was not put on my truck. I cant tow anything with what is on there philipo. We have had a busy week, and the stress over this has caused me so much grief i had to walk away for a week or so to cool off. Im still waiting on a phone call from u people. I want this crap u installed on my truck off first of all and for u to put on what u said u would. An actual tow package including the wireing. I had no problem purchasing the tongue for the hitch but i cant even do that with the junk u put on my beautiful truck. The bottom line is... The issues and stress u have caused me is unbelievable. Im sick over all this. Ur word means nothing and as far as im concerned all u wanted was for me to keep quiet. And im not planning on keeping quiet. I have every right to be made whole over this. I saved nissan a lawsuit and 4000 dollars from transfering the truck myself. And i was slapped in the face multiple times. I demand to be made whole. And u can start by calling me back!
