I leased a car from them 5 years ago, and had good dealings with them up to now. My lease said I could buy out the car for an agreed sum, and would have to pay for the safety certificate. Then they said the cost to arrange the buyout was $599. This is a complete rip off. The car was owned by Nissan Finance, not the dealership. When I called them, they sent me a payout form for exactly what was shown on the lease, with nothing extra, No $599 fee for doing nothing. If you have a lease upcoming, don;t fall fr their scheme. Went in for a $105. 00 oil change with a 10% discount off letter from the service manager. When I showed the letter clearly stating 10% discount, he adjusted the bill to 00 oil change with a 10% discount off letter from the service manager. When I showed the letter clearly stating 10% discount, he adjusted the bill to 5% off labor and 5% off materials calling that 10% discount. I paid $121.82 total with tax with the 5% and 5% discount. When I got home, I never received a copy of my invoice, so I called back to the service manager and questioned him about the discount. I was tolled 5% on labor and 5% on material equals 10% total and was very adamant about it. I guess that's some kind of new math. I had to call twice to get my receipt and finally got after the second call 4 days later. Looking over my invoice I have no idea how everything came to the total of 121.82 with taxes with any kind of discount. I have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership and can't bring myself to going to that dealership again because I feel that they are not straight up with customers. Sure, it's only a few dollars but what about people that spend a few thousand dollars and are supposed to get discounts. Are they being confused with all kinds of jargon to confuse them. More
I had my car in the service dept. yesterday for a couple of recalls. They offered to clean the inside of my car before returning it to me. I just traded my 2019 qashqai for a 2023 and Vince was my salesman and everything went beautiful. I find Nissan in Niagara Falls everyone that works.
