I had such a bad experience with the worst sales person his name was Douglas Li my husband and I were ready to buy a car on a Monday we went into the dealership at 600 pm not realizing they close at 7. There was a car we were interested in and we asked yo test drive the car and we were told that the car was being detailed and in the service shop. We saw the truck outside it was not in the service. We told Douglas the car is on the lot he proceeded to tell us he could not find the keys and there was no way to test drive the car and was looking at his watch the whole time and told us that he had to go home and we would not have time to purchase the car tonight. He told us to come back on Thursday at 430 pm we explained to him we were there tonight to buy the car but Douglas was more interested in going home and was not interested to make the deal. On Thursday I received a call from him telling me that the car was sold so basically our appointment at 430 was canceled. His manager Roody called me and was just as rude as him. I called the GM Stefano and was promised a phone call back and he would find me the same truck. Today is Saturday and have not heard back from anyone. I recommend not to go to this dealership to buy a vehicle they are not interested in a sale of a car. The customer service is terrible. More
Sales. ?...Find another dealer.....Volvo has fixed pricing so this dealership has required overpriced dealer add ons. Even for the vehicles in transit. BS. Admin fee higher than other dealers.. $180 fuel charge attempted, (That was removed) , Total on official quote was $150 above actual addition. More
The worst experience I have ever had. Richard was shady from the start and through-out. He kept bullying me into buying the used car I was looking at without taking it to a mechanic to check. Even the mana from the start and through-out. He kept bullying me into buying the used car I was looking at without taking it to a mechanic to check. Even the manager gave me a bad feeling and even though he was easier to talk to didn't really seem that different. Once a third-party mechanic took a look they found an engine code that could be a problem. Once I brought this to his attention he tried to convince me that this was not true and that the cars manufacturer signed off on the car with no problems. When I tried to talk to him about my concerns of buying this car with these issues he just hung up the phone. Honestly this is something I would expect from a sketchy used car lot and not a Volvo dealer. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. More
Once again the team at Newmarket Volvo has demonstrated how capable they are of providing excellent service. I was there this week and got work completed in less time and at a lower price than they quoted how capable they are of providing excellent service. Everything was to be done to the sales lady criteria, every effort I put in was answered with a no..They would not service plate it to my location, or even flatbed it and I wanted to pay for that . Instead it was on my insurance with a 600 km drive. so i could sign the papers in front of them..even though I was approved via my financials from the bank..what a joke. After she said for future reference you will have to come here to return and lease another I said I don't think that will ever happen. Great vehicle..thank god there are other dealers in Ontario More

The service managers are extremely rude, know very little about cars, and will try to scam you like many others in this thread have stated. Please stay away. I asked if the parts were worn out and he told me that is what Volvo recommended...So let me get this straight there is nothing wrong with my suspension probably just an alignment, but i should get my suspension replaced even though nothing is wrong with it...HEY MIKE GO xxxx YOUR SELF YOU SCAMMER...i WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE.
