Absolutely the worst dealership experience I have ever had. I strongly advise anyone to stay far away from this place. From the very beginning, the entire process felt extremely pushy and uncomfortable. The sales team pressures you to make decisions on the spot, without giving you time to think or walk away. It genuinely feels like they are trying to trap you into a deal rather than help you choose a car. I specifically dealt with Emily Lee and Marisa Butt, and their approach was highly unprofessional. They were misleading, constantly pushing unnecessary add-ons, and trying to sell expensive “warranties” that either don’t exist or end up covering almost nothing. It felt dishonest and manipulative the entire time. The vehicles themselves are very questionable. It honestly seems like they are selling problem cars (“lemons”) while assuring you everything is in perfect condition. Once you sign, you’re left dealing with the issues on your own. The financing is another major red flag. They offer extremely high interest rates, even if you have a decent credit score, and everything is presented in a very unclear way. It’s obvious they are trying to make you pay as much as possible. On top of that, they add random charges and “services” that were never clearly explained upfront. Prices are inflated for things that either shouldn’t cost that much or don’t even make sense. The most concerning part is how they handle deposits. There is a real risk of not getting your money back if you decide not to proceed, which is completely unacceptable. Overall, this was a terrible experience. No transparency, no honesty, just pressure tactics and attempts to squeeze as much money as possible out of customers. Do yourself a favor—stay away and go somewhere reputable instead. More
