My preference is always to seek to resolve problems directly rather than write a poor review. Over 3 different encounters at this dealership unfortunately my request to speak with management to resolv directly rather than write a poor review. Over 3 different encounters at this dealership unfortunately my request to speak with management to resolve went unanswered. 1st trip, needed an oil change and seasonal tire swap- 2 hours later the service advisor indicated my vehicle was almost done, 45 minutes later he went back to check again, 20 minutes later I was paying, lots of apologizing for terrible service. I provided a dissatisfied response to the usual telephone follow up, no call from the dealer. 2nd visit, seasonal tire swap and oil change, arrived for my appt, was informed that my tires were not at the dealer, they were still in storage, but don't worry there remedy for "when this happens" is to offer fee storage for this swap and to assure me it will never happen again! I ask that my tires be retrieved and that I receive a call from the service manager. No call. I call back on Thursday (was told tires would be there Wed), Aaron was on the case, he would go and "lay eyes on the tires and call me right back"... no call back. I call again on Friday, my tires are there. On Sat, I pick up the tires, I have to wait 20 minutes at the service desk while the service advisor is paged multiple times. Tires are bagged while I wait and placed in my trunk. Yesterday I had my appt with a different dealer- AWESOME service at ALTA Infiniti. Had to pay $70 for new wheel locks, Newmarket Inifinti had over-torqued all 4 tires. Then had to pay $40 to replace a broken oil pressure switch. No one else had been under the hood since Newmarket, we were all scratching our heads on how the switch broke. Brutal service, no call backs complete lack of care and service. More
I love driving my Nissan Rogue. However, I felt pressured to lease this vehicle. I was quite upset during the prolonged process. My experience with service dept has always been upsetting. I have made repeated trips to get one issue resolved. Hopefully, it will get fixed today, more than a year after my first request. I only go there now for warranty work. Regular service and tire storage is done elsewhere. I avoid dealing with people who have been repeatedly told that time away from my very ill husband is extremely stressful for me. Still, again today, the promised loaner vehicle was not ready by my appointment time. Again, I was in tears because of the added stress of having to wait an unnecessary length of time. If you have lots of time , dealership may be ok. But, if you are an only caregiver of a terminally ill family member, best not to count on real service from this dealership. More
After many years buying from other dealers we decided to go with Nissan Newmarket to lease a vehicle. Our sales person Reza was fantastic very helpful and extremely detailed. Excellent service. Had a problem with transmission on 2016 Altima. They did the repair completely under warranty, even though I was slightly over the mileage. After a small misunderstanding I was able to resolve an issue with Josh the Nissan sales manager who was extremely kind and helpful. Have purchased numerous vehicle from the dealership and appreciate the issue with Josh the Nissan sales manager who was extremely kind and helpful. Good clean dealership, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Brought my Q50 for oil change, the Covid policy in place was acceptable. The only drawback was the price.
