Keeping my G35 in good shape. I purchased my G35 at this dealership and while I had hoped for better durability from the car itself, I still love how the car drives and rides which I purchased my G35 at this dealership and while I had hoped for better durability from the car itself, I still love how the car drives and rides which is something when you consider its a 2003 model with 315,000 k/m's on it. I have always found the Service Department service to be good, but expensive at times. I like dealing with one service agent so that they know my car and know me and my preferences. The previous service agent left (she was excellent) and now I am building a new relationship with Lynda Olphert so that she can understand where I am coming from as it relates to how I want to maintain my car. She is off to a great start and has provided excellent customer service. I expect that she will oversee things very well now and in the future. More

Once I made my vehicle selection and started the price negotiation, Mitch, Kyle, Tina and Macon were very easy and fare to negotiate with and I got the price I wanted. The pleasant experience didn’t end after the price was negotiated…..Crystal, Franca and Tina continued doing a superb job with the admin, paperwork and vehicle prep. When I arrived to pick up my new 2014 Rogue, it was waiting for me at the front door of the showroom, sparking in the sunlight. Tina was there to walk me through the delivery inspection and instructions on all the fancy new vehicle gadgets.
