Bought a Nissan Sentra from Nissan at hwy 7 and Yonge. The service was awful awful so now go to Nissan newmarket. Unfortunately the service end is never able to find issues bc they only look at the visible issues and if the car is not demonstrating the electrical issues at that very moment it is there they say it is working properly without replacing or seeing if There are any wiring, fuse or gauge issues. They now want to charge me to do a real inspection now that the warranty is up and I took a picture of the malfunctioning readings happening. The stereo system and gauges are awful in this car and it is very uncomfortable to drive. More
I paid $214 for winter tire installation. It is a total rip off, behold and take your car another location, lest you would have my similar terrible experience. We had a problem with the Air Conditioning system on our 2 yr old Rogue. The A/C worked sometimes then blew hot air about 60 - 70% of the time. Nissan Newmarket were able to fix the problem even tough the c 2 yr old Rogue. The A/C worked sometimes then blew hot air about 60 - 70% of the time. Nissan Newmarket were able to fix the problem even tough the cause of the problem was very complex in nature. We are so thankful that Nissan fixed the problem in a couple of days since we needed to take a trip to the very hot regions of the United States a couple of days after it was fixed. Special thanks to Peter who was able to troubleshoot the problem and get it fixed. More
My wife and I are loyal customers with our QX60 and Altima. Both vehicles were purchased and serviced exclusively by Newmarket Nissan/Infinity. However, we feel that we were taken advantage of by the service department with a recent and costly transmission repair that then turned out to be an electrical issue. The bill was $4,500 and one week later, I have still not heard back from the dealership with an explanation. More
