It was a good experience. Different value for my trade in ; waiting for the $ 1000.00 credit . I was receiving requests for survey with wrong name . Windshield wash container was mt. The service was good until they got my money then it all went downhill from there. The Agreement was my car was supposed to be delivered to my house but then they said they couldn't do it the morning it was went downhill from there. I had already sold my other car and needed this car on the day it was supposed to be ready and delivered plus I took the day off work to be here when it was supposed to be delivered to my house. So I went up there to pick up my car which was not ready at all. They still had to go to the license bureau and switch everything over but knew exactly when I would be there to pick up the car. There was supposed to be a gas card ready for me at time of pick up but it was not there. So then I was told it would be mailed to me immediately. I was dealing with Jason Wang. Jason is the one that sold me the car. I had not received the card after a month so I called Jason. He told me the dealership had been really busy and it must have got lost in the mail. He would look into it and send me another one. So i messaged Jason again and no response of course. I was told by the next person that there was never one mailed to me at all. . So needless to say after several months and speaking with several people and listening several lies I finally received my card. It's a big purchase and it was supposed to be a very exciting time for me but ended up being very stressful and frustrating. More
