I had a fabulous experience at NewRoads and have to commend all the people I dealt with there; in particular, Robert Rubin was awesome. A friend recommended I look at General Motors and when I came into NewRoads I knew I finally arrived at my final destination. The Buick I purchased is by far the best vehicle I have EVER owned and Robert was there to assist me in every aspect of my purchase. I have actually already returned and purchased a second vehicle from Robert and I would not for a minute hesitate to recommend Robert, Kerry and Mary-Ann. I recently went into this dealership because my friend recommended that I talk to Lucio as he is personal and not intimidating. I was looking for a small car as my first "new" car. Not only while waiting Monday morning Stephanie constantly updated me on the status of the vehicle, I was comfortable and nicely entertained by the use of the ipad which was made available.
