My overall purchase experience with New Roads Chevrolet was excellent. The key driving reason the excellent experience was solely due to the sales person I worked with - Lucio Defrancesca. Most car salesman are "slick oil salesman" simply looking to make a quick sale. Lucio took the time to find out what my purchase needs were and worked with me on various solutions to best achieve these objectives in a cost and time effective manner, which also resulted in me purchasing "right vehicle that fit my needs and at great Price". I would recommend anyone to contact Lucio first when in the market for a new vehcile as his professionalism, product knowledge and people skills are "best in class" within the car industry. Its shame being a great salesman is a dying "art form" in the car business days. More

Robert was helpful in many ways. He was able to answer all of our questions either right away or he found the answers for us. I recently went into this dealership because my friend recommended that I talk to Lucio as he is personal and not intimidating. I was looking for a small car as my first "new" car.
